This was a charming little B&B right near the train station. We had a fair amount of luggage and the elevator was super helpful. Stefano was very helpful at check in and Luigi was super helpful at checkout. We only stayed one night but if we were in Florence longer we’d happily stay longer. The AC worked well and the amenities were very nice. The location was also great. An easy walk to the Duomo and surrounding shops. There is a little pizza place next door and a good gelato place on the other side. Also a wonderful cafe just steps away which had an excellent Italian breakfast. If you’re looking for a good place to stay, this is it!

There was no any service, we have come to the place at 5p.m. and there was nobody in order to check in, in order to talk to with person of reception we should use WhatsApp, the room was very small and uncomfortable. Each day starting from 8am the started to clean the building and didn't give to rest in the morning. The only thing which was perfect is WiFi Connection and Internet speed.

Stayed here 4 nights! If you are in Florence, book this place! You will not regret! I was so pleased with the large room and most importantly it was so clean like new! The bed was so comfie and the bathroom was clean and modern! Extra special touch from the lovely team was the mini bar with water and coke was completely free and refilled daily! Room was cleaned daily (except the final day)! Location is perfect! Walking distance to all main attractions and the train station!

It is very close to the train station and not far away from the centre. The room was very clean and i loved the decoration. Our room was a little noisy because it was located at the side of the main street.

We stayed here for 2 nights and were surprised by the large room, the nice, modern bathroom and all accommodations. Stepano was a welcoming host and let us leave our bags before the room was ready. He gave us great suggestions on what to do the first day. The rooms are within walking distance to the train station and right around the corner to the open air market. This hotel was small, clean, easy to access. We felt is was an amazing value for the location and accommodations. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

We stayed here for 2 nights. Stefano was an amazing host. He was always there on whatsapp to reply instantly any query we had even before checking in. Check in instructions were perfect. No issues at all. It has an elevator. Location is just few meters from Firenze S.M.N which is ideal if you want to get to Pisa or any where for a day trip. There are many restaurants outside this place. Our favorite was la cocotte. The room itself was clean, equipped with kettle, tea and coffee. Room slipper was provided. Bathroom had towels and toiletries you need (shampoo, shower cap, soap). Its way better than any hotels you would pay near the train station.

My wife and I love this B&B! Great location, easy walk from Firenze SMN train station, market, duomo and most main attractions in city. Excellent service, Lili is wonderful hostess! building has elevator so convenient for getting luggage to/from. Room a bit small but very comfortable, with most complete amenities of any B&B we stayed in Italy. Bed was comfortable-excellent! Best sleep my wife had during entire trip. Bar next door was a bit loud but closed window, used air con and no problem! Newly renovated rooms, sparkling clean and bright. Highly recommend!

Relatively close to the Duomo. The rooms are on one floor. The bathroom is small although the room has an acceptable size. You can hear street noises. Nobody is usually at the reception. Breakfast is made in a nearby coffee shop.

We stayed here for 3 nights. The location is wonderful, really close to the train, markets and attractions you would want to see. The service was great as well, able to leave your bags on check out day and collect them at an arranged time which was super convenient. The bed wasn't that comfortable and the shower pressure wasn't great. The walls are also pretty thin and the people staying next to us were super loud which is totally not the places problem but if you're a light sleeper it's not ideal. If you're not too concerned about the room or won't be spending much time in there then the location really is hard to beat. But if you're needing a good nights rest might be difficult here.

Cute B&B with the best location ever! Situated in San Lorenzo across the citty market you can reach every point of interest in Firenze by foot. The guy at the check in was very friendly and easy going, he gave us a map and explain us how to rich all the attractions. You can always reach someone from the reception or the owners through whatsapp, they answer within a minute and are always at disposal😀. The breakfast is served in a nice bar few meters from the B&B and consust in a coffee of your choice, a juice, a pastry and a small sandwich and there’s a plenty of choice. If you choose to stay at this B&B you won’t be wrong 😉
