We stayed at Eva room. Located on level 4 accessible through lift. Street facing which was noisy with the window open as it faces the street with street hawkers selling leather bags and stuff. They wind up at around 9-9ish pm and its quite noisy as they pack but with the windows closed it's fine. Small apartment, narrow toilet but...

The apartment itself was nice and clean and decent sized. I want to list out the pros and cons here for everyone. Pros: Very very close to duomo and 15min walk to ponte vechio. Its got a good view from the bedroom windows. Apartment has a lift which is convinient with luggage and a toddler. Has a laundry upstairs at...

We were thrilled with the location so close to all the action. great view from the Terrace. Close to everything you wanted. Clean neat quiet. Maybe the only bad thing is towels were thin like a linen towel for dishes, they were big enough but I guess being used to fluffy towels this was a new experience. Over all I...

My partner and I stayed were for three nights. The room was presented very nicely- loved the decor and was very clean. It is in a great location and Eva was wonderful. However my biggest problem was that there was a load humming type noise in the wall by the bed. We couldn't figure out what this was (maybe part...

We were on the 1st floor primavera apartment. Very spacious with a great view of the Duomo and Medici chapel. There is a bit of street noise. But considering it is easy walking to all the sites it is not a problem. Washing facilities on another floor. Beautiful terrace overlooking the square. Go to the cafe suggested by staff lovely...

Roomy two bedroomed apartment, well equipped and clean. Terrace absolutely gorgeous, so close to the Medici Chapel you could almost touch it, and a chance to watch Florentine life go by. Eva, the manager, is so helpful even finding and booking a restaurant for us which served gluten-free food. Just a few minutes walk to the supermarket and all the...

If you are looking for a reasonably price apartment in Florence within walking distance of all atrractions, this is the place. The apartments are not fancy, but are clean and functional. They have installed new windows, so noise is not a problem even though the apartments are near the Central Market. Eva in reception was a gem. She was kind...

My friend and I stayed 4 nights at Residence La Medicea and were very happy with the location. Eva made us feel very much at home and printed tickets for trains and was the perfect host. I would recommend the apartments purely for location and cost. Its not 5 star and doesn't claim to be. The room was exactly what...

My daughter and I stayed 3 nights in the Diana apartment. This apartment building is in a great location. Right on the corner where the San Lorenzo market is and the Medici Chapel. Less than 10 min walk to the train station. Eva (very good English) was available when we arranged our meeting time. She was an excellent source of...

My friend and I booked a two bedroomed apartment for our 5 day break back at the end if June. The website photos showed plush sofas and spacious rooms, it looked amazing! In real life we got two bedrooms, no lounge...just a kitchenette style room, certainly no sofas! The shower room was nice and clean but the shower itself emitted...
