The Hotel Ester is located very close to the train station Santa Maria Novella and an easy walk. There is a lyft, which is helpful with luggage. We had a great room on the top floor that was large, with a modern bathroom and a panoramic view from the balcony. Marco, the owner was very accommodating. There is a safe...

We arrived to Florence by train to the Santa Maria Novella Station and we reached the hotel in 5 minutes on foot. Ester hotel was situated in the historic centre of Florence on the second floor of a 12th century building. Our triple room was big enough for the three of us with comfortable beds, an electric kettle, a small...

What I like about this place is, it's only few minutes walk from the train station. The room was quiet big but with a little bit of problem with the very small lift. Other users doesn't seem to understand that the door needs to be closed so that other people can use the lift. Our room was on the 4th...

This hotel is in a fantastic location. It is close to the major city's attractions, main train and bus stations I really enjoyed my stay at this B&B and the staff are wonderful and extremely helpful. The room I stayed with my children was massive and very spacious. I will definitely book this B&B when I return to Florence. Very...

I advise you have breakfast elsewhere as this hotel breakfast is poor- doesn't compare to hotels such as Hilton and holiday inn!! We luckily got the largest room in the hotel when we paid for triple. The fridge/freezer is VERY USEFUL. The bathroom is large has two mirrors, a shower, table, sink and two toilets. The room has a large wardrobe...

We originally booked the Maison de Charme, the check in for Maison de Charme is Hotel Ester. When we checked in the attendant said he would upgrade us to Hotel Ester. We were given the top floor room which had an excellent view of the Duomo! The room set up was unusual, upon entering the room door, the bathroom is...

We stayed at Hotel Ester for 3 nights and it exceeded all of our expectations! Marco, the hotel owner went out of his way to accommodate our needs and even went above and beyond to make us a special breakfast. The rooms are newly renovated. Very spacious and very clean. The shower is large, especially compared to other Italian hotels....
