Great little family owned hotel with a great location! Extraordinary breakfest! Really enjoyed that. Hotel is in a quiet sidestreet which makes it even mire enjoyable. In general great value for your money! Staff is super cool. Eric is great!

Florence is not a big city so hotel Enza is a walking distance away from historic center, with the road taking you beside the central market (Note: excellent restaurants on the first floor of the market with affordable prices and a great selection). Claudio, the manager of Enza, and his quiet wife do try to prepare a nice breakfast spread... More

Went to Firenze for a short 6 days holiday. It was my first trip to Italy and 3rd for my girlfriend. Aside the beautiful town and what it offers, we had the luck to stay at Hotel Enza. It belongs to a wonderful Italian family. They welcomed us like we were their own. The hotel it self is very cosy,... More

Dark and smoky hallway leading to room, which was less that spotless, and had a lot of electrical issues. It was ok, but not much more. The staff was helpful inasmuch as they held our bags for us because the room wasn't ready yet, but they did it with little enthusiasm.

I liked hotel Enza. It's in a good location - very quiet street, 10 min walk to the city centre. Rooms were clean, with nice towels, but our room (room 5) was tiny (6 was bigger). There was a strong smell of cigarette smoke in the room, which I couldn't understand as I was told smoking was prohibited until I... More

We stayed 2 nights in this "hotel" in February. We arrived at the hotel at 10 pm. The rooms we received contained: beds, a wardrobe, a table with a closed closet underneath (with key) and a TV. The room was supposed to be warmed by an old heater. There was also an air conditioning with no way to turn it... More

My wife and I stayed here for 2 nights in January 2015. The hotel was easy walking distance from the train station, maybe 15 minutes walk. Location is great for discovering the old city and all its main attractions, only 10 mins walk to the Academia, Cathedral and Uffizi, along with all the retail shops and restaurants that go with...
