Wonderfully decorated, and great service. Cosy as if at home and with super friendly service. Location is perfect, 3 minutes from the station and near everything else. Had a wonderful stay and will most definitely come back!!
Stunning, charming and cozy place to stay in Florence! super central, with very kind and welcoming staff, a real rare place, full of attention to detail where you can breathe the refined culture of the family behind it. I really felt like home! The mattresses are really great and so are the pillows and the goose down topper. Breakfast in bed is a must!
I really needed to take a break and get some rest. What an amazing hospitality! Felt like home. A hot bath before going to sleep, a mattress that was beyond comfortable. Thank you staff you are a rare gem in to the city centre, a cozy nest. I'll come back soon
Sophisticated, original and very cozy. I advise anyone to stay at Casa Howard. Walking distance from the station, you don‘t need a car to go anywhere and the service is impeccable (breakfast in the room is excellent!)
It is always beautiful to go back to Casa Howard because I get the feeling of going back home. I have noticed that the interiors and quality of the service and rooms has improved even more since my last visit. There is a new concierge that was incredibly helpful in organising our everyday routine. The breakfast was simply exquisite and quite impressive that they deliver it straight to your room!! Defiantly my favourite place in Florence.
I am by nature impossible to please. And I also am from Tuscany, so the idea of finding a hotel in Florence was very very offputting. However. Casa Howard’s hospitality was disarmingly warm. Each detail in my beautiful blue room was just perfect. From the beautiful wicker basket with clementines as a welcome gesture to the wonderful Santa Maria Novella Melograno soap in this fabulous marble shower, to the delicious glass of wine enjoyed in my little oasis of green on the terrace. The bed itself, one of the comfiest I’ve ever slept in. Casa Howard does feel like a home away from home, and it’s definitely where I want to be, whenever in Florence. Thank you 🙏
Casa Howard is one of those magical places you discover and you are jealous about. You want to tell everyone, but at the same time you want to keep it secret to yourself. The attention to detail is mind-blowing. Everything has been thoroughly thought about, and each room has its unique style and purpose. We were kindly given a tour and had the chance ti view a few rooms. The staff is competent and kind, with a professional and knowledgeable conciergerie service. Let them sort out your life, from savvy restaurant & bar recommendations, to off the radar spots and shops to visit. A special thanks to Antonio and Elena who were amazing. The business, family run and now in the hands of Bonifacio, is in constant evolution and has ambitious plans for the future. Florence during winter is a gem. The weather can be colder, but the city is pleasantly empty and you have the chance to live it as a local not submerged by tourists. Best thing is to come back home and soak into the Drawing room's sumptuous bath-tub sipping a glass of champagne. Go for the suites, trust me. Well done Casa Howard We will definitely be coming back.…
Me and my girlfriend loved the uniqueness and charm of this boutique hotel, location is fantastic right in the centre, service was great and the rooms are so cool. We will sure come again to visit. Thank you
The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help, make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting city of Florence in Italy.
I have stayed at Casa Howard three times in the last year and it is one of those rare places worldwide that makes you feel in awe of its elegance and design sensibility and also completely at home. Each detail is impeccabile, the service is discreet, attentive and warm and the 12 rooms, positioned over 3 floors of a historical residence, offer a unique and eclectic experience. Casa Howard is situated right in the heart of Florence, and whether one lives in Italy or comes for a holiday, I would recommend it to anyone for all the charm and beauty it offers. An amazing place to stay, again and again.
