We were a bit apprehensive about the place so before booking I called them and the response was so warm and friendly that I booked it right away. They followed up with emails to enquire what all we'll be needing. To sum it up a GREAT place to stay with and EXCELLENT staff. Highly recommended.

Booked this apartment in the quieter area in of Florence in Oltrarno just a 6 minute walk from the Ponte Vecchio. What an absolute treasure this suite of apartments is. The staff Lucca and Gemma are a total delight and could not have been more helpful. The rooms are spotlessly clean and as we were there 8 days had the...

We really liked our room as it was modern looking, large, and even had a kitchenette. The lady at the front desk was super friendly and helpful. The location was very convenient - within walking distance to everything. The only thing that would've made it better was if they had breakfast available for guests.

Great location away from the tourist side of the river - but walking distance to all the main sites. Very helpful staff - nothing was too much trouble. Good size rooms and nice and clean/modern - good air conditioning. Nice view - well priced. Would highly recommend and stay here again.

It was a pleasant surprise to us. It's just another Italian building from the outside. But once you've stepped in, you know you're about to have a warm and comfortably stay at the hotel. The room is neat and clean. The hotel is located around 15 minutes' walk from the main train station, where you could easily get to Pisa,...

Spacious, newly renovated hotel where you can get the feeling of having your own place in Firence. A little kitchen with basic supplies, eating area and good size bed. Very close to all you want to see, and at the same time in a quiet area. We had a wiew of a lovely garden area, and when opening the big...

A great place to stay in Florence. This was a huge apartment suite with a nice bathroom and excellent bedroom area, not to mention the view we had on the top floor of the church was such a plus. I really loved this place and was so pleased to have booked it. The staff on the main floor was very...

I stayed here for 6 nights in late May. I was pleasantly surprised by the location - its so close to the river and its easy to walk to all of the tourist attractions, bars and restaurants. I spent the first three nights here alone before staying with friends - the hotel and the area both felt very safe. The...

This apartment style hotel was very good for us. We had a unit with a terrace which I would request. The neighborhood is so great if you like to eat: very good restos & wine bar 100yards away (il santo bevatore, eg). It's not right in the major tourist area, which we prefer, but is an easy walk to everything....
