Cimabue 9 is in a convenient neighborhood just outside of the city center, easy walking distance or you can hop on a city bus for a short ride. The area isn't so full of tourists like the city center is. The room had indoor and outdoor shutters which helped to block out street noise and early morning light. We liked...

My husband and I stayed for three nights at the end of May. We had a lovely large room and bathroom, both spotlessly clean. It is just on the edge of the pedestrianised area of Florence. There are nearby bus stops which take you into the centre but we didn't use these as it was an easy walk in, either...

I stayed for a week which is perfect so you don't miss anything from Florence! I've been in Rome and Venice but Florence impressed me again. The location of the "Cimabue Bed & Breakfast" gives you a hand. Near to the beautiful squares of this amazing city (by walk is not more than 15-20 min), and you have the bus...

I stayed here with my family (mom, dad, and sister) and we all had an amazing time. Enrico is ever so helpful and gracious. He helped us with what to see, modes of transport, with our luggage, breakfast, and was always available. His property is very clean and at a very convenient location. I recommend it to anyone and will...

Very good quality B&B accommodation, managed and run by Enrico. His friendly help and attention made all the difference, for our first experience of Italy. Enrico's English is very good and that definitely helped! Our bedroom was spacious, with a comfortable bed and was kept very clean. Good en-suite shower/toilet facilities and air-conditioning if needed. The B&B is just outside...

My daughter and I visited Florence in April 2015. The star of this little B&B is its manager (Enrico), who is extremely kind, friendly, and helpful. Gracie for all your help, Enrico!Definitely the nicest person my daughter and I encountered during our week-long visit to Italy. Anyway, Cimabue 9 (Chee mah boo ayy) is located in a residential part of...

We were visiting our daughter who is living with a family in Florence so we chose this B and B because it was equidistant between her house and the city center and got great reviews. We are so glad we did. The B and B is in a very nice neighborhood, an easy walk from the city center. The rooms...

I stayed at Cimabue 9 with my family (grown up children) for 3 nights last week. The b&b is in a great location- very nice, local neighbourhood which is an easy 20 minute walk to the centre along interesting streets. It's very clean and the bedrooms are spacious and well furnished with very comfortable beds and smart bathrooms. There is...

We stayed three nights here and wish we could have stayed longer. The hotel is within easy walking distance of the Duomo and is quiet, clean and comfortable. Our room was simply furnished with an extremely comfortable bed. You really feel that you are staying in the 'real' Florence rather than in the sort of generic hotel you can find...

I feel fortunate to have found this spot. It was the 2nd hotel stay of our honey moon and it didn't disappoint. Enrico was a great host and was very helpful with suggestions on restaurants and places to visit. The hotel is a quick 25 minute walk to the city center. There are some nice shops and restaurants nearby. Overall...
