The cleanliness of the room left something to be desired: the floor was a bit dirty and there was dust on some shelves of the exposed wardrobe.
Breakfast is more about sweet than savory. There is no bar: for hot drinks there are ad hoc machines. Excellent American coffee and I guarantee that this is not always the case.
the building is very beautiful and I liked the decor.
large room with 2 environments.
excellent cleanliness of the bathroom.
friendly staff.
strategic location: close to the motorway, airport, bus stop and tramway.
What they didn't like ·
cleanliness of the room (not the bathroom) to be reviewed.
empty minibar.
immediately after booking (months before the stay) I requested the possibility of using a parking space in the property's car park, which promptly replied that I would have parking with them without problems.
I often travel around for work, if I know I will reach a hotel by car, I always check that it has parking and make sure I have a guaranteed place, otherwise I look for other solutions, but here I was guaranteed that everything was ok.
upon our arrival we found the structure's car park completely full (I counted a maximum of 10 cars packed in and it is shared with the carpet shop adjacent to the structure, therefore absolutely not up to the requests). I should have read the reviews better... I'm not the only one to have reported the same problem.
to be able to check in I had to park the car in the supermarket about 200m from the hotel. during check-in I was told that there was no room and that at most I would have to leave the car behind the others and give the key to the staff to move it if necessary (a request to which I always respond negatively and which leads me to look for other parking solutions).
after going out for dinner and returning around midnight, the property's car park was full again and it was not possible to leave the car there. we had to wander around for about 30 minutes and then give up at a paid street car park (obviously unattended) about 500m away.
for some this may not be a problem, but if the hotel says it has parking, says that I can park in the facility upon specific request, in my opinion it must guarantee that this happens because the customer must be free to decide not to parking your car on the street in places you don't know.
Yesterday, I received a call that I could not get a refund even though I couldn't stay because my flight was not able to fly due to the paralysis of the entire European system. As soon as the flight cancellation was confirmed, I sent an e-mail requesting a refund to Tripbtoz and contacted the hotel, but it was not connected. The very next day, I talked about the situation, but I received a short answer that it was not possible at once.Tripbtoz called twice and I also emailed specifically to request politely, but their strange answer was that it was already processed as a no-show and it was difficult to reverse.
Because of this hotel, I strongly felt that I never want to travel to Europe again.
The image that Italy is really an unfriendly and rude place was created. I have no fault at all, but in this case, I would like to ask the hotel about how international travelers can contact the hotel immediately.
"Don’t stay here! We want to shower but it is too gross. Not a worth one Euro. Strangers are more helpful than the front desk. "Read full review
