i stayed at Guido's wonderful B&B for two nights this month and can only sing his praises. The location couldn't have been better. I loved the rooms (i stayed in two different ones) and the friendliness offered. Wholeheartedly recommend and will definitely return - this time to enjoy the remaining room at the back of the property.

Cavour 10 is a hidden gem! Very small (3 rooms) but very big on service. Anything you should need, Guido will help you, from restaurant reservations, directions to a specific place or the number of the bus you need to get to a particular area of town. The location is perfectly situated near the Duomo, the open market, and the...

Our flight arrives at 8.30pm and we advised Cavour we will be there at 9.30pm, however they cannot accommodate this request and told us to cancel....

Breathing the atmosphere of the past with all the modern comforts in the historical centre of Florence, just a few meters away from the Duomo. The mansion is full of history and charme, it belonged from the early XXth century to the actor Franco Scandurra. In this apartment have been hosted people of international fame, as the writer Luigi Pirandello, and unforgettable actors as Antonio De Curtis, best known as 'Toto', Alberto Sordi and the charming Eleonora Duse, close friends of the artist Scandurra. The house is just in front of the fifhteenth-century Medici Riccardi Palace, an important example of the Florentine architecture from the Renaissance, built between the 1444 and the 1459. Our bed and breakfast Cavour 10 B&B is located in the historical center of florence, in Tuscany. We offer to sleep and breakfast in a romantic and elegant place. Our bedrooms - each room has a frescoed ceiling - are provided with a private toilet en-suite, fully equipped with shower.
