Greeted warmly on arrival and given a map with public transport information. Hotel was very clean and breakfast was very satisfying with a good selection to choose from. Very warm and relaxing atmosphere. Would stay here again

On 22 circular bus route from Florence Santa Maria Novella train station. Hotel in reasonably quiet location. Appeared to be family run and we found staff polite and helpful. They loaned us 2 UK to Italian adapters (needed 1 for our travel kettle). Room airy with balcony. Clean and quietly positioned. Breakfast as per many other hotels in Italy, cereal,...

My husband and I stayed for 2 nights. When we arrived the man behind reception was rude and just looked plain uninterested. The room is clean but small. The walls are paper thin. We could hear the people in the room next to us as if they were in our room. There were a few choices for breakfast. When we...

This was a small family run hotel but clean and service was above call Very friendly family went out of their way to assist us. Close to bus stop that takes you into the centre of town in 10 minutes , frequent service and you can buy tickets at the hotel. Good value for money. Good breakfast selection too and...

We didn't know how to get to the hotel upon arrival at the train station so took a taxi for €20 but then found out the number 22 bus stops just round the corner so did that next time. Some other reviews mentions a fridge but we didn't have one in our room. It was a very basic room &...

We really enjoyed this hotel. The staff were fantastic, so willing to help us out with any questions. The hotel is clean and newly renovated. Very modern with a 24 hour cash bar . The area felt very safe.

Good location with good conection to down town(bus 22 very close about 40-50 m. from hotel) . My room was big and very clean (cleaning service was daily) with confortabble doublebed. Breakfast was good and various with tipic Italian seets ,cheese yogurt meat and salami . Hotel staff was very kindly in special Stefania who help us with many information...

I was completely fooled by the pictures that I saw online of the hotel. The staff is kind, but the location is terrible, far from the city center (Duomo and Santa Maria del Fiore), the breakfast is poor (which I was also fooled by the pics they presented me) and unfortunely, doesn't really seem like a 3 star hotel. In...

The Diva is located in a fairly quiet part of the city, some distance from the old centre. It is within 5 minutes walk of bus route 22 (turn right out of the hotel then right again), which goes to the main Santa Maria Novella railway station and then into the old city, stopping a hundred metres or so from...
