Our family stayed with 15 months infant for 2 days in this property. I can recommend for families with children: place is quiet, but if window is open, then you hear transport noise from the street. There still wasn't heating on at the last decade of October, so it was a bit cold and we used all blankets which were...

In an expensive city as Florence, this is a great value for Money, since for the same and even much more Money you can have simple hotel room with not even a fridge ! We asked for a 2-persons apartment with street view and we got it. Our apartment , overlooking the piazza Puccini, was extremely comfortable, with antique furnishing,...

+ Good location, easy access to the public transport, very good supermarket & morning fruit&vegetables market (fresh!) close to the villa.....having the little kitchen, you have possibility to prepare a coffee, tea, eggs, salads by yourself in the morning or for a late dinner (if any!) Nice owner - even we have never met him, only spoke on phone with...

With a reservation made through booking.com two weeks before arrival, we came to Villa Lucrezia and they forced us to leave, because they did not have our reservation because of some technical problems with their reservation system. We showed them printed reservation, but for them, it was not enough. Finally, they found our reservation, but we had to leave because...

We stayed here May 24-29. The apartment is spacious, spanking new, colorful and convenient. The double bed is comfy, the sofa also pulls out to a comfy bed. The 4 burner gas stove is great--the vessels were greasy--i bring my own set, no probs there for me. Bus 17, 29, 35 all go to train station. We had a carte...

Loved this hotel. A little difficult to find. Go to the corner of the piazza and cross the street. You have to go to the gate and ring the manager to let you in. Manger was extremely friendly and helpful. Spoke English very well. The room was large bright colorful with awesome air conditioning. We had lunch at the street...

Well furbished apartments at about 10 minutes from Florence city center, by bus. No cleaning, no fresh towels, not even new toilet paper. At this price level with no breakfast included, one would expect more service. A lot of noise from apartment above when guests move chairs.

What an incredibly beautiful villa style accommodation in Florence. The decor was authentic Tuscany and the rooms were beautiful. Service was very friendly and the piazzas and bridges were within a short bus or cab ride. The Villa was on a bus route which was very cheap and 10 minutes from the most beautiful city in Tuscany

On our last night in Italy, we wanted something a bit cheaper that would fit four adults. This place fit the bill and came with a kitchen and small living area, which was nice. It has great bus links into the centre and was very affordable in comparison to other places in the city.

Having sent a long a detailed account about this property, plus the names and whereabouts of a local supermarket, 2 nearby restaurants and a few comments abut tourist sites in Florence, I received a semi-anonymous ("Trip Advisor Team") mail telling me that I should split the report into several (hotel, restaurants etc). When I objected that this report was specifically...
