Clarissa was very helpful and responsive and goes out of the way to make your stay nice. Hotel is very close to train station and 10minutes walk to the city center. The entrance is not obvious and might be obscured due to the bus stop in front where people are waiting for the bus.

Great location right next to the train station. Very clean and well maintained. Kind and helpful staff. Nice balcony overlooking the hillside. Room appointments are basic but serviceable. No frills but workable. Typical Italian breakfast served either on the balcony or in the small lounge.

Francesco was brilliant, he messaged us a few days before asking about our arrival time and the welcome was exceptional, he showed us round and how everything worked, gave us tips on where to visit in Florence and even opened breakfast earlier for us as we had an early train to catch. Not far at all from train station and a little walk into the centre, great location with buses running regularly. Room was lovely and modern, and as it was part of our 'minimoon after getting married a few days prior they left a bottle of prosecco, petals and roses on the bed which was a thoughtful touch. Breakfast was nice with tea/coffee facilities, warm pastries, bread/toast, yoghurt, fruit etc. Very quiet, had no problems sleeping which I sometimes struggle with when staying in big cities.

A very central location which is peaceful enough in the evening. Beautiful views over the city from the balcony especially the sunset. Clean room. Francesco couldn't have been anymore helpful especially with my tricky dietary needs. He went out of his way to look after me

Good service and modern room. The room we stayed in was small but well designed in the space and was perfect for us. Our balcony gave 180 degree views of Florence which was stunning. It is in a good central location across from the train station and walking distance from most sight seeing. Staff were very helpful in providing information on the best places to go.

Francesco is helpful. A few things that made the stay a little less comfortable are the stringent check in and check out times, as well as the long list of rules that are in the terms and conditions as well as the list of rules in the kitchen. Anything from only eat cookies during breakfast, 1 espresso cartridge per person to don’t eat on the comforter. Add to that slow Internet and being on the 5th floor with an old elevator. It didn’t feel very hospitable, so not sure that we will be back.

My wife and I stayed 2 nights at I Sleep B&B in Florence in September 2018 and we absolutely loved it.Corado, the owner General Manager, is a wonderful host. He greeted us with excellent directions to Florence's points of interests. Our room was clean and tastefully decorated with quality furniture and fixtures, a comfortable bed and numerous little extras that shows your host really cares about your comfort. Very good breakfast were included in the very reasonable price we paid for our superior double room with terrace. Highly recommended.

Very friendly and accomodating host who will go the extra mile. We had a horrible experience with Vueling when they cancelled our flight from Paris to Florence. I had to contact Francesco to let him know that I will be arriving a day late due to the airline inefficiency. He was very nice to call me and ensure that he will be there to open the door for me. I arrived at the place at 5am in the morning. Modern, spacious, comfortable bed. Nice self served breakfast. Very good location. Only few minutes walk from SMN station and also "the Mall" bus stop. Many good restaurants in that area. Will definitely go back there bringing the whole family.
