As a two-star hotel, Hotel Angelica met (sort of) the expectations of such ranking. However the staff demeanor makes us feel uncomfortable. Two mayor setbacks during our stay there was that the AC was not functioning properly and there was NO water available during our last night... One of the hotest of our stay... The location of the hotel is...

Stayed for 3 nights. Very close to main station and all of the main sights. Hotel staff very friendly and kind. Room was clean, fresh towels and linen everyday. More plug points were needed though. Breakfast was basic but acceptable, would have liked more of a variety of pastries. But overall very satisfied.

We did a quick trip to Florence from our cruise. We only had a few hours to tour Florence and sleep before heading out for an early train to Rome in the morning. The hotel was very clean, comfortable and quiet. It is a block away from the main train station yet on a very quiet street that was central...

Only 2 blocks from the train station, and 2 blocks from a grocery store. Easy walking access to most of the attractions in Florence, and the street is relatively quiet. Not fully accessible (maybe 3 steps up/down), but manageable, and the caged elevator in the center of the stairway with manually operated doors is sort of a step back in...

We visited Angelica in May. We were happy with our stay. However , we were charged twice for our stay . And we are waiting for our refund forever now. The response from the management is very slow . We have been trying to contact them for the refund and we have not heard from them .

Located at the historic center of Florence , just 5 minutes walking from the main train station, Hotel Angelica is managed by a family. The standard room is small and also the bathroom but everything is clean and new renovated, with a basic breakfast in my opinion this hotel worth what you pay for it. Price, location and cleaness are...

The hotel itself is in a building which houses I believe it was 2 other hotels, with Hotel Angelica being on the 3rd floor. Their is a small elevator/lift (nothing unusual about its size as we found them to be the same size all over Italy), to take you up. The lobby/breakfast area as well as the room were clean,...

The hotel is on the third floor reached through a small lift in a solid classical building, just a short work from Firenze SMN railway station. Its only a slightly longer walk to some of the main tourist sites. The rooms are comfortable and clean as is the bathroom. There is AirCon which os essential in summer. Breakfast is OK,...

We had a very nice stay at Hotel Angelica. Very well located, near the Santa Maria Novella train station and a walk distance from the Duomo and other Florence attactions, clean, nice breakfast and ran by a very nice family.

When staying at this hotel i had the same experience as many previews reviewers had. A bad one to say the least. I was with a group of 8 girls that can all say they experienced the same. One who left a review and got a very unprofessional response. 1. In regards to our room having to be cleaned due...

Hello, This is the second comment that your group has sent I find very wrong in what you stated as you did not read Hotel policies when you booked on HostelWorld. 1) If you read it say's that the hotel closes at 01.00 am 2) your rooms needed cleaning as you left your rack sacks and shoes on the bed...
