Best location, right in the middle of Florence, friendly staff and very big rooms but lots of things went wrong. Our electricity kept going off, the first time it happened we had come back from being out all day and there was no lights on...More
Lovely hotel right in the centre of Florence. Really great location. Rooms were lovely and felt very roomy and traditional. Would definitely come back. The staff were very friendly. The hotel provides a voucher that you can use at a local cafe to get breakfast...More
This small B&B is located on one of Florence's nicest piazzas. And although the piazza is busy you do not hear it from your room. The hosts are friendly and helpful. The rooms are of a good size, the beds are comfortable, and the pillows...More
Every visitor coming to Florence for the first time will immediately identify with Uffizi. As in past times, passing through Via dei Calzaiuoli, you can reach the city center, the Florence that everybody dreams of. In just a few steps, visitors can experience the rare beauty of the capital of the Renaissance. walking delighted across Palazzo Vecchio and overlooking Piazza della Signoria, up to the
Loggia of the Uffizi where it is possible to fully taste the talent of the best artists who animated Florence over the centuries. When the sun goes down, there’s nothing better than a walk along the river Arno up to the ancient bridge, Ponte Vecchio. It is full of jewels and decorated by the colors captured in postcards.

I would send them an email telling them your arrival time. It's not like a regular hotel where there is a 24 hour check in desk. And it's in a building with other businesses, so the front door to the whole building could be locked when you arrive. Make sure you have their phone number, so you can call them when you arrive (just in case door is locked). The B&B is not on the first floor, so they won't hear you knock. And I don't remember them having a doorbell.
