The car was just parked and a nice gentlemen dressed in a suite, approached and offered to take the luggage upstairs to our room. Reached the front desk and the girl at the front desk was all smiles and welcoming. Upgraded our last night to a higher category room as well. The manager was fantastic. He was so helpful and...

My husband booked this hotel for a mini break for my birthday. It's a small boutique hotel which has 12 rooms which makes the service received impeccable. Upon arrival all the staff were friendly and welcoming. We had a suite which had beautiful scenic views overlooking Florence (Firenze). The room was equipped with a mini kitchenette, coffee machine, dishwasher and...

A fantastic property perched on a hillside overlooking Florence. The views from our balcony were amazing. For a European hotel the room (suite really) was very large with a small kitchen area. Breakfast by the pool every morning was fantastic and the staff did and incredible job making sure my celiac daughters had a safe meal every morning. We arrived...

What a fabulous hotel. The staff are so helpful and friendly. Location - on the outskirts of Florence on a hill, which gives you spectacular views of Florence and the surrounding area. We got a taxi from the train station which cost around €20. We got a bus to and from Florence, which was no trouble at all. The bus...

We had a fantastic couple of nights here with our two young children. It was the first week of the season so relaxing and quiet. The hotel staff could not have been more accommodating, they were wonderful! The hotel is practical for Fiesole and Florence especially considering the parking restrictions in Florence and the cost of accommodation there. Our kids...

We booked out summer trip late and found that this hotel had only suites and had 2 left. Littlest difficult to find from the road, and the entrance is through the garage, but once up, you enter into a beautiful oasis of tranquility, built against a steep rock face of a hill opposite of Fiesole. Our kids had a nice...
