This hotel does not look much from the outside and the enterance did not much to improve. But after getting to reception were we were greeted by nice staff and getting our rooms, things improved! The rooms are very large and clean, the bathrooms attached are really pleasant. The room had a nice AC (we were there when it was...

The hotel is in a great and central location. The staff is very nice and helpful. I have to say that the triple room we received upon arrival (209) was very unpleasant - it was divided by a pretty steep flight of stairs which you had to pass every time on your way to the bathroom (not great if you...

Dear Guest, thank you for the review. I am sorry you didn't like room 209, it is a particular room and some guests love it, some other hate it. Maybe it could seem strange because you have to climb some stairs to get into the room, but this make that room quiet because it is protected from the noises from...

Lovely room, friendly staff, nicely working AC and hot water, but stay away unless you want to be kept up until 2 am by rock music at the bar next door. Not much else to say. The TV worked fine. There were amenities in the room including fridge and hot pot.

Dear Guest, I am glad that you liked the hotel, but I am sorry that you gave us a so low vote for an external cause. We suppose you have to judge use from our service, the quality of the room etc. Wat can we do if the bur under us (that doesn't belong to us) keep loud music until...

On a three week trip to Europe, this was my favorite hotel experience. The staff was so kind and helpful, the location was fantastic and close to the central station and the breakfast? Wow! Some of the best food I ate in Italy! All homemade baked goods, lovely fresh Tuscan bread, eggs, fruit, veggies, and more! And the value was...

The rooms were very nice and spacious. Our second night there we spent in the family room. It was very nicely decorated and had one and a half bathrooms. The larger bathroom had a whirlpool tub. The only problem was it was also the shower stall! I did enjoy the tub. Staff was very nice and helpful. Breakfast was better...

Dear Guest, thank you for your review, from all the staff. I am glad you liked the home made breakfast and the bathtube. We stayed for three nights and it was fantastic. Great location. Lovely modern room, even with a kettle and Twinings tea. The breakfast was great, lots of homemade and tasty food. dear guest, thank you for your review, from all the staff. Well, for people looking for quiet we can suggest the internal rooms, they don't have the view on San lorenzo Church like your room, but there won't arrive noise from the Street. The hotel is in the very heart of Florence, close to everything you need for your stay....
