Sometimes you seem to have been staying in a different hotel! Certainly the Noblesse does not need a clean-up as suggested by the visitor who also complains about the narrow streets. That is how the Lucchese built within their walled city. Don't bother trying to take your car in, you'll only be a nuisance to others. Park outside, walk and... More

Riding around beautiful northern Italy, we have had the opportunity of staying in some lovely hotels, sadly this has not been such a good experience. Sadly this hotel does not really seem to be a five star hotel, or even four star. It is in serious need of a good clean up. I have read the other positive reviews about... More

No need to roll the dice of opportunity when requiring and demanding the very best. To be ensconced within the fabric of this historic city palazzo, is a wow. Rich fabrics and precious antiques add stylish comfort to our large room. Non plus ultra.

it didn't start well in that they didn't have our reservation, despite having confirmed it by email three months before, but they did find us a couple of rooms. My friend's, room 25, was very elegant but directly above the charming courtyard garden restaurant which had Dean Martin playing on loop - This meant that she could not open the... More

We stayed only one night to attend Lucca Summer Festival but will definitely return. What a nice hotel with staff in the reception being super helpful and making every effort to help. Breakfast very nice and the restaurant food was excellent. To top it all the receptionist, Veronica, who obviously loves her job, offered in future to do all our... More

What a 5 star hotel in this lovely town of Lucca. The shutters broke down in the morning and the mechanic was not available in Lucca and coming from another town.So it was not repaired in one day. They suggested to change our room but it was such a problem for one day so we decided to stay without shutters.... More

We had a little difficulty finding the hotel so my husband got out of the car to see if that might be easier (streets are VERY narrow). He found it and the porter followed him out to be able to direct us in. This was the beginning of wonderful service, and a wonderful stay. The porter unloaded our car (this... More

This is a small hotel in lovely Lucca. We stayed here for 5 days and enjoyed it. The room was nice. Breakfast was a good spread with numerous choices and service was very good. Front desk staff were helpful although at times we had some difficultly communicating. Only problem was at checkout when their system was not working and we... More

once we reached the hotel, not an easy feat considering the narrow streets of the center of lucca, we were warmly welcomed by veronica at the front desk. she had saved us a parking spot right in front of the hotel! we enjoyed a comfortable stay and an excellent restaurant recommendation for dinner that night. lucca is well worth a... We loved it from the moment we walked in- charming, antique yet with modern convenience-beautiful and varied breakfast presentation. Staff very sweet and helpful. We felt welcome, taken care of like family. We would stay here again-very good location. Highly recommend.
