Luca and the staff at 4Rooms & 7Rooms B&B were simply incredible. They all went over and beyond to make sure my husband and I were highly satisfied and taken care of for our stay in Pisa, Italy. We began our trip to Pisa by the annoyance of my husbands luggage going missing. Luca not only offered his own clothes...

This B&B is about 200 steps from the entrance to the Tower of Pisa (and the additional complex). It was spacious, clean, and the owner, Luca, was extremely friendly and helpful. There is private parking, which is a bit tight, but Luca was there to help with parking the rental car. Breakfast the next morning was delicious and simple -...

Right next to the main tourist area. Rooms are very high and dressed by colour. We had the pink room with an ante room and our own balcony for breakfast. A lovely start to a great holiday. 1 night is enough to "see Pisa" and it was a short stroll to find restaurant etc. We didn't realise we needed to...

Great little B&B literally around the corner from the leaning tower and complex. Easily accessible by a single bus (LAM Rosso if you are wondering) from both the airport and main train station that stops and leaves right outside the building. There isn't a huge amount to do in the town once you have seen the tourist spots and wandered...

Very attentive and good basic English. Luca was also lovely! They would be do anything they could to make your stay better! Location is amazing! The...

Great location. The room was large, airy and clean. It even had a terrace where we had a delicious breakfast. The staff were extremely helpful. They went out of their way to recommend where to go and what to do.

Stayed in Pisa before but this was the best location. Mosquito nets on the windows so you can sleep with the windows open. The best hairdryer in the bathroom I have found so far on my travels. ( I travel lots.) I would definitely stay here again. Great view of the market and Baptistry. Staff great. Clean and a comfy...

This B&B is ideally placed to see the major sites in Pisa which are literally on the doorstep. The room was very comfortable, the staff delightful and the breakfasts were excellent. A bonus was having a private parking space which enabled us to leave the car and walk for our 2 day stay. Highly recommended.

Luca was incredibly helpful during and after our stay. He recommended a great restaurant just around the corner. Breakfast was great. On site parking was only €10 a night. Literally 2 min walk to the tower. Comfortable bed. We would stay again.
