This was overall a good little hotel. First, the bad: there is no elevator, so I had to drag my suitcase (thankfully only a small one) up 4 flights of stairs. There is also no phone in the room (for incoming/outgoing calls), the hotel does not provide breakfast, and it is located on a small narrow alley that seems a...

Very central, friendly staff, the room is basic but clean and in a nice building. Ours had a lovely view from 3rd floor. There is no AC but the ceiling fan was very effective, in fact we had to turn it down during the night as we were getting cold!

We stayed at this guesthouse for 1 night. The room is simple but just what we was expecting. The room was clean with a small sink for brushing teeth, washing face, etc. we had a shared bathroom that was a good size and clean as well. There wasn't air conditioning in the room which was a little uncomfortable for sleeping...

We booked a room here for a quick stopover after a late flight into Pisa. The location is great, just a few metres from the tower and the central square. The room was clean, functional and came with free Wi-fi, whilst the staff spoke good English and were very helpful. Would recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Pisa looking for...

We were very pleased with our stay here. After travelling from Florence, we decided that we would stay a night in Pisa before going to the airport in the morning and decided to stay here because of the good value for money. We stayed in a double room with a shared bathroom. The room was spotless and very spacious with...

Very happy with my stay here, the accommodation is clean well appointed and represents good value for money. Mikale the owner has a excellent workshop and was very kind enough to help me repair my new German suitcase that had shed a wheel three days into my journey; not only that but he let me keep, despite offers of payment,...

Great location for the Leaning Tower. Simple, clean rooms. We drove from the airport and arrived late on Friday night. The guy on reception was very helpful and helped sort out the parking permit (you need a permit for central Pisa). No breakfast but the location is so good that you have many options on your doorstep.

We could not believe how close this was to the Leaning Tower and how friendly everyone is there. Also, the biggest cactus in Tuscany lies in the backyard :) The rooms are really nice with high, wood-beam ceilings and a beautiful view of the hills. We stayed in July so it was hot hot hot and we were sweating in...

We stayed here in transit before heading into Tuscany. We arrived at 11pm and the manager was waiting with a friendly smile and welcomed us kindly. We left early and they held our bags whilst we had a quick look at the tower (only two mins walk away!) Great value for money, close to leaning tower and very friendly

This is such a cute place and is located 2 minutes away from the Leaning Tower. Pisa is quite small anyway so you can get around on foot very quickly but if you want to have an somewhat authentic experience and wanna be close to the main attractions, this is the place for you. The receptionist lady was very sweet...
