Hotel room is really small but decent for a short stay and a quick walk to the leaning tower. Shower is so small you don't have much room to bend or turn around. Hotel is just out of the ztl zones for those driving to it. Breakfast was not worth 5 euros. Save your money and eat in town.

This is the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. Room walls seem to be made of paper, because it was horrible noisy. You can hear the neighbors snoring and saying every single word. Don't waste your money

Only stayed one night as part of our trip. Waited ages to get checked in. Really cold at night time as well. Not much input from reception staff. We found it quite noisey as well but think its because its a newish build with wood floors. Nice breakfast self service buffet. Approx half a mile from train station, we actually...

For a 3 star hotel this is fine. We stayed for 6 nights. The rooms have good air-conditioning, a large screen TV, the beds were comfortable, the ensuite was fitted with a toilet, bidet, shower and basin. I read some reviews that said the shower was ineffective, our shower head was very good, with a good supply of hot water....

Check in is a simple user, it is so wide. Paid parking extra 10 euros, elevator so small that I thought that I'll soon suitcase and then the notion of self. The room was clean and tidy, just koupeelna was a bit loos. Urvan handles in the shower stall, nedovírající stall door, so then you have a full bathroom water....

Booked for 2 nights in July. Received a room with no working air-con. Change to another room. For the second night we were told to go back into the original where the air-con still was not working. Left after one night - and paid 2 because of booking.com.

Was kind of concerned when we first got here but it has been a great place. What I liked about the hotel was the A/C and the Wifi. Both worked amazingly. Wifi connection was awesome. The A/C was off when we got into room but we turned on and it took about 30 min and the room felt great. It's...

We stayed 2 days in hotel Capitol. Location was good, only ten minutes walk to Leaning Tower and maybe 5 minutes to mainstreet. There was few nice cafes near by, dont remember names. Staff was nice and friendly. Room was okay, but walls was paper thin, we heard every sound in the stairs. Bathroom was small, water pressure was weak....

Billed as a quadruple room was more like a double with a bed shoved in. Very noisy air con which kept us all awake. Shower was tiny and wouldn't stay upright! Room was pretty basic with little extra except a hairdryer. TV didn't work properly..

Had 4 nights stay here from 4-4-16 to 8-4-16. Easy to find from the station in Pisa with a steady 20 min walk. Looks tidy from the outside as you walk up,once inside its nice and clean looking in the reception. We approached the guy at reception to check in and he was on his mobile phone but proceeded to...
