Was absolutely fine, stayed for the last night of our trip to Italy. They booked a taxi the night before for our early morning departure at 0530 (which turned up on time). Even offered coffee at 0515 for us. We had a ground floor room with two double beds, but little noise from outside and thankfully no one complained about...

Don't be fooled by the fabulous reductions offered on other websites for this hotel. If anyone actually pays the alleged full price they will be very disappointed. The room was ok, the shower good, the general decor and carpets is tired. There is a nice roof terrace. The breakfast buffet is meagre, but the coffee is good.

Sorry now but this is in no way shape or form a three star hotel. I would say this "hotel" is trying to change from a 1 star hostel to a 3 star hotel. This "hotel" is very run down. We complained about our rooms and got a very frosty reception. Hotel manager stated there was no Safe in our...

Very well located (800 metres from the leaning tower), very clean and comfortable with a basic but lovely breakfast selection. We were received by Ricardo, receptionist, who was extremely friendly, helpful and kind. We will be recommending the hotel to friends and family and would go back there again..

hotel is in a great location for seeing the sights and is only a 20 minute walk to the train station for exploring further afield. Breakfast was ok,not the greatest but there were croissants and toast so you could easily survive on it. Rooms were a bit tired but very clean and the beds were very comfy.would stay here again

Only a short walk from the train station we managed to find the hotel with ease. On arrival we were greeted with a big smile and a hearty welcome. Our room (112) was immaculately clean, spacious and had a large bathroom. Unfortunately, we were given a room with a bath and not a shower as requested. As we were only...

We arrived late in the evening and sat on the terrace admiring the view of the tower. Great welcome on arrival and amazing location. Good breakfast and very helpful staff. Room quite basic but perfectly adequate.

Set in a peaceful quiet side street, but just a short walk from all the sights. The room was clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful - speaking good English and giving good restaurant recommendations. The breakfast was nothing special, but quite adequate. Happy to recommend this as a base for exploring the old town.

Very helpful and friendly staff. Bedrooms clean, beds comfortable, good shower room, air conditioning in quiet street not far from Piazza Del Duomo and the Leaning Tower! You can leave cases in the day before say catching a later flight. Staff will order taxi for you. Excellent breakfast buffet with more than enough for any appetite. Great base for longer...

The hotel itself is in a great location for the main sites and attractions. The room itself is very basic but clean. Breakfast was basic but they did have a great coffee machine! The staff were very friendly. Good value for money.
