Good location (near by Pisa & Duomo), the owner is super friendly and very helpful. The room is clean and reasonable price. If you travelling with your family, this hotel one of the choice because they have big family room. But there is no lift and parking. No breakfast also, although there is a good cafe next door.

Was put into this hotel as the other one I booked had been double booked. My experience here was terrible! I would not recommend anyone to stay here, we had no hot water, the bed was like sleeping on rocks, and no one speaks English. I had an angry Italian lady yelling in my face for no reason. The only...

Two connected double rooms, perfect when you travel with kids. The atmosphere of an original tuscany 'villa'. Old style furniture, clean, silent, right price. The owner is very kind and ready to help u as much as she can. My sons really appreciated her. I'll be back for sure.

My friend and I ended up being transferred to San Ranieri, the hotel's dependence, after our original hotel informed us they had no rooms despite the fact that we booked our room a month in advance. We stayed at San Ranieri for 2 nights, and I found it to be ok, although 1 night is probably enough if you just...

We stayed at San Ranieri, the location in an ally just down the street and run simultaneously by the owners of La Lanterna. We were actually transferred here after another hotel (Beside Airport) overbooked and ran out of room despite our reservation, so staying at Locanda was not of our own choosing but out of necessity. Pisa was simply a...

Location is ok. Few steps away from Piazza dei Miracoli. The room was very large and the bed comfortable but smelled cigarette and furniture was old. Price is honest

I got into Pisa in the morning and my room wasn't going to be ready till the afternoon, but they let me keep my bag there till the room was ready. No one spoke English at the Hotel which made things very difficult, it was also slightly annoying that they kept saying phrases to me in Italian over and over...

Our experience in this hotel was most surreal. Somehow we booked a room we couldn't have, but the way the hotel owner handled it was very... well, special. The owner reminded us very much of the couple running Fawlty Towers in the old sitcom. By e-mail we agreed to have a room with 2 large beds for us and our...
