We booked the larger room/apartment for two nights for our family of four. Beautiful villa and property but we were disappointed to find the apartment was not very clean. The floor had many crumbs on it and we had to wash nearly all of the dishes, pots and pans prior to using them. Breakfast was sub-par compared to other places...

WE absolutely LOVED this B&B I would go back anytime. The rooms are very spacious and very old style so if you want to have the real feel of San Gimignano your at the right place. We stayed 3 nights and we wished we would of stayed longer. The owner is so professional he is there for you with your...

We love the wonderful views of the Tuscan hillsides and the view of San Gimignano from our room's window. Breakfast by the pool in the morning and a warm afternoon by the pool with a glass of your favorite wine. You are welcomed like family and feel like you have known them all your life. We could not think of...

We selected an apartment on the Piazza della Cisterna, where we enjoyed a great view of the square. Nice room, good breakfast, excellent location. PAY ATTENTION, CALL THE OWNERS BEFORE YOU ENTER THE CITY! DIRECTIONS AND INSTRUCTIONS ARE NECESSARY REGARING PARKING AND BAGGAGE. Owners helpful regarding what to see, where to eat, etc.as is the Tourist Bureau on the square.

We were on holiday with friends, who had gone ahead and booked this place. Oh what a joy! We had a small house to ourselves, just outside the town walls and could walk to everything. It was extra cost to use the kitchen but with so many places to eat we decided it didn't really matter. Rooms were spacious and...

This was an amazing find. We had, (we were two couples) what I thought was a couple of rooms, but we had our own little house. Situated just outside the San Giminano walls. The rooms were large and comfortable, and the en suite bathrooms were also a very descent size. All very clean. There was noticeable road noise at night,...

We loved our stay at the B&B Diffuso in San Gimignano. The website isn't as clear as it could be, but we stayed in a fantastic room in the centre of San Gimignano right on the piazza, a 15 min walk from the main building in the countryside, where we had access to the pool and grounds. Francesco was fantastic...

We've stayed a few nights at the flat in the city with a "view on the countryside" Let's start by saying the flat is very well located, an old stone building that makes you feel you're staying in a genuine san gimignano house. It's hard to beat this. And that's about all I can find the say that's positive. To...

We were so lucky to find the last vacant accommodation with Francesco and the team. Unbelievable location to be able to stay in a rustic B&B within the walls of San Gimingnano yet able to walk (or drive) to Ponte a Nappo to relax by the pool or join them for dinner in the evening. A very warm friendly and...

We love the Rossi family and all their properties in San Gimignano. We have stayed in their in-town apartments and in the B&B in its beautiful location just outside the walls. This year we stayed in the Casa Castello apartment, which has second-floor Florentine windows look out on the Piazza della Cisterna. It is a spacious apartment with a private...
