Claudio met us outside the gate and helped get us settled in the apartment. The apartment was well-appointed, with linens, toiletries, and all the kitchen utensils, plates, pots, etc you would need to cook for yourself, if you desired. Claudio also gave several good recommendations for places to see in town. All in all, we had a lovely stay at...

This is a great place to stay in Tuscany. The apartment is very spacious, and clean, and safe. It is up-to-date within a very old building. I will never ever forget the wonderful view of the surrounding countryside when I opened up the blinds the first morning. Our host was able to recommend a very good local restaurant and breakfast...

This is a one bedroom apartment plus a living space that includes two fold-out single bed couches. It has a kitchen and bathroom, is well appointed and is in an awesome location, inside an old tower in the centre of town, walking distance to everything. Clausio speaks no english but is very friendly and makes every effort to communicate in...

Whether you are coming for the quiet hilltop ambience, or to search out the history of the paved winding streets, or perhaps to venture across an olive grove with the Italian landscape washing all around you, picnic hamper in hand, this apartment provides the pure Tuscan fantasy point to base your visit. We really enjoyed the experience we had in wonderful apartment. Claudio was a pleasure to deal with and only added to the total enjoyment of our trip and stay in SAn Gimignano. The location could not be better. It was close to everything, yet nice and quite for restful times. Claudio could not have been more helpful.

This lovely little flat - tastefully decorated and very clean and with everything you need - is perfect. It is so central, with fantastic views of the street from the living room and of the countryside from the bedroom. We loved it and San Gimignano. Yes it attracts tourists but not too many in October anyway and enough for some...

We had a wonderful week staying in this apartment. It was exactly as depicted on the website and was wonderful to have our own "home away from home" in the middle of San Gimignano.
