Words cannot describe how special our stay was with Andrea and Berta at Casolare di Libbiano. Their lovely country inn is situated in the beautiful hills of Tuscany, just a short drive from San Gimignano and about half an hour from Sienna. A delicious breakfast...More

Il Casolare is tucked away in the country side close to San Gimignano. It is part of a small hamlet about 3 km from the main road. There is a large garden with swimming pool, with enough space to provide for privacy even when there...More

My husband and I stayed here on vacation in early August. It's a beautiful property. Andrea and Berta truly make you feel like honored guests in their home. It's in a great location - we'd strike out on day trips after breakfast, then return to...More

Hello again....so this trip is very special as we are celebrating my partner's 70th birthday while we are there. On his birthday, October 13, we will go to Venice in the early morning and stay all day...then have something very special planned for the evening ( which I can't write here in case he sees it) 😉. So we will stay in Venice the night of the 13th at a hotel there as a special treat. The next day we will be in Florence during the day and I have booked a cooking class (and meal) for 5pm What I didn't realize is that it lasts over 4 hours!! So my question is .....how can we get back to your hotel Friday night at about 9:30-10 pm?? Will this be a problem?? I don't want to stay in Florence as we are already paying to stay at your hotel. I hope you have a good suggestion! Many thanks! Russell Toscano
