We stayed in Villa Ducci for 9 nights, the view from the hotel and our room was amazing! The room itself was very spacious with a big bathroom. The bathroom had a bath. Breakfast was fresh and enough of everything (different juices, eggs, fresh fruits...). Everyone was very friendly (always a buongiorno, buona sera, ciao..). There was absolutely nothing negative...

We were cycling in Tuscany, and made Villa Ducci our home base for 4 nights. It was a great place to stay - the views were absolutely amazing, and compared to the other places we stayed, it was restful and peaceful. The breakfast was perfect - We had amazing fruit and granola, bread, croissants, pastries, boiled eggs, and all the...

This is my third year to stay at Villa Ducci and I can honestly say I'd never leave. The food is amazing and prepared when you order it. Breakfast is great and now served on the enclosed patio. (You just can't beat the view!!) I enjoy the fact that I feel like I am home. To be sure, it's not...

The owner was very nice and always pleasant. He remembered how we liked our coffee and he was proud of that. The breakfast breads weren't replenished daily. The private bath was like a dorm bath with a bidet but clean. The bedroom was bare-bones. The wine selection was good. Doors locked at 10:30pm so don't forget your keys. Maybe it's...

The location couldn't be better. Right outside San Gimignano, with beautiful views. The staff was wonderful and I have to say they really made a difference in our stay. The Wifi was terrible. It doesn't work in the dining room, breakast room and only intermitantly in the bedrooms. For breakfast you can expect lots of breads, very strong coffee and...

We spent 2 nights at Villa Ducci during our wedding. Elisa and the team were wonderful and were most helpful to us and our families. There were numerous occasions where we required food outside the Restraurant hours and they opened their kitchen just for us. The setting was so beautiful, we could spend hours looking at the countryside and the...

We stayed several days at Villa Ducci and every time we looked out the window towards the village we were just in awe. What a view. It just seemed so surreal. Everywhere we went in Tuscany it seemed like a travel brochure. Fantastic. It is a 5 star view. The room was a 4 star but have given the property...

We had three nights for our stay in Tuscany. I asked a friend who loves this part of Italy for his recommendation and he immediately told me about the Villa Ducci as the place they liked the most. So we booked Villa Ducci and we think that we really have got an idea what Tuscany means: relaxed days with a...

Luckily we got lost looking for our hotel and discovered Villa Ducci while seeking directions. We quickly changed our plans and stayed at VD for two nights. What a wonderful surprise and pleasant stay we had. It is well maintained, clean, good breakfast, free wifi, air conditioned rooms, tastefully decorated, breathtaking views of San Gimignano and an absolutely superb pool....

“We had rooms 23 and 24 (2 women in each room), and they are on the second floor, and at the back of the villa. 24 is the bigger room. Great views and very private! There was also a room on the first floor that had a huge terrace of the room. the terrace is open to everyone, but it is kind of magical to have a huge terrace overlooking the hills of Tuscany outside your room!”
