This was the most disappointing hotel experience we had during a three week visit to France and Italy. When we arrived the people at the front desk were arguing with other guests. We were left waiting while the disagreement continued for 15 minutes. The hotel...More
We spent one night at the Hotel Chiusarelli during our 10 day visit to Italy. Unfortunately, it was the least impressive of the hotels we stayed in.
