A pretty hotel a nice distance from the hustle and bustle around the Campo and the Duomo. The highlight is a large rear garden looking out to the hills. Breakfast was served in the garden and this provided a relaxing start to the day. The superior double room was large and comfortable. The bathroom was a bit dated and small...

When we first arrived we were shocked at the size of the "standard" room we had booked, it is taller than it is wide and the bathroom was especially small. The building itself is well located but a bit run down. The receptionist could only be described as snooty. That said, location wise it is great (central for town and...

Nice hotel. A little old (could use some updating) but rooms are good size. Excellent staff. wonderful outside area to sit and catch the sunset or read. Great value.

This is a lovely hotel and very handy for all the sights of Siena without being in the thick of it. The service was very attentive, breakfast good and the rear garden a beautiful and tranquil haven. We have no complaints – except one. On arrival, our room wasn't ready but having had a look around the hotel and seen...

POSITIVE - Atmospheric hotel in a 18th century palazzo - Classy rooms in a rustic way (tied floors, high ceilings, wooden furniture...) - Nice views on both sides (garden & countryside on one side, old town on the other) - Great garden for having breakfast with views of the Tuscan countryside - Free private parking - Nice, personal service -...

We stayed 2 nights at this pretty boutique hotel in Siena and selected it based on price value & tripadvisor reviews. The location was ideal and walking distance to many sights, restaurants & shops. We had two large rooms with city side views, comfortable beds & beautifully painted ceilings & walls. One of the bathrooms had been renovated, the other...

This is a charming hotel within the old city walls of Siena. Our room had the most amazing picture-book view over the Tuscan countryside which made our stay here just perfect. The rooms (and bathrooms) are somewhat basic and in need of a little maintenance - this is a converted old palazzo, full of character but just a tad shabby...

Boutique hotel - small charming with its own garden with breakfast served in the garden. We stayed in the garden suite. Huge room, older but with character, climate control so-so. Bathroom is small, shower is small. The only thing I missed was 'conditioner'. The lady at front desk was o so helpful. Even helped with luggage! Recommended great restaurants and...

Palazzo Ravizza is a truly fantastic place to stay in Siena. It is close to everything in the city but at the same time not in the middle of the hectic tourist roads. Hands down, the greatest thing about this place is its garden. An oasis of calm and solitude overlooking the Tuscan countryside. Breakfast in the garden every morning...

We chose this hotel soley based on cost and previous Trip Advisor reviews. We were traveling to Siena for the Palio on July 2nd and the other higher end accommodations in town were just cost prohibitive. The staff was nice, warm and welcoming. They do not have a porter to assist you with your luggage. At check-in you are given...
