We were here on a Thursday and Friday night. This hotel is centrally located, so if you like to eat late, and enjoy the night scene, this is a perfect place. We found the noise from the late night Siena crowds much louder than anticipated. Thursday night went late, Friday went on until Saturday morning around 4:00. While the hotel...

We are traveling in Italy for 3 weeks. Started in Verona and broke up the drive to Ladispoli by staying overnight in Siena. While there's no parking near the hotel because it's inside the ZTL, we parked just outside the Porta Romana. The charge is 1.50 euro per hour but after 8pm it's free until 8am. A little bit of...

My boyfriend and I did an roatrip through the tuskin this year. During that we went also to the beautiful city of Sienna. I have to admit, we booked our room at the Etruria Hotel online on a very short notice, but we've got an confirmation. As we arrived the receptionist told us that they are fully booked and if...

The best thing about this hotel is the location. 20 minute walk to train station with light luggage. Two blocks from the Campo. The staff are friendly and the rooms are clean. Very basic rooms. If you are a light sleeper be prepared for noise. Otherwise if you are looking for budget this is a great option.

The staff of this hotel is wonderful: helpful, knows best restaurants, friendly, always available. My room was great: clean, large enough, windows for fresh air. Location is a mixed bag: central to everything in Siena, but too close to the noises of night time Campo, other piazzas & main strolling street...If you stay here, just make sure you have earplugs...

Clean, great location next to piazza del campo. Street noise is a problem with bar downstairs and main street traffic. Staff were friendly and helpful. However local city tax had to be paid in cash and no receipt, which we found questionable. Beds were spring mattresses which would be a little uncomfortable but we were only there two nights. All...

We choose this simple hotel based on Rick Steeve's guidebook. It was only €110 per night and met expectations-- older furniture and bathroom, with minimal charm. A let down after a Rome Hilton Garden Inn, but we weren't really expecting much. But avoid the breakfast-- @ €7.50 not worth it. Cold eggs, stale cake, croissants and cereal... Depressing breakfast room...

Cool old building perfectly located in Siena. Helpful staff. The room was nothing special but we felt it was a good value. You won't spend any time in your room in Siena anyway:) The a/c and wifi worked fine too.

This is a cute hotel located in the city centre of Siena . The rooms are clean and they provide breakfast if required . The rooms have good wifi and there is a cosy lounge to sit and read or chat with others . The staff are friendly and helpful and the hotel is reasonably priced.

Oh man. There's a HUGE pub right next door (looks small from the street but the downstairs is massive) and all the fools from the pub who want a smoke congregate in the alley right outside the hotel and chat loudly. Thick windows only muffle a bit of the constant din. And bright streetlight right outside of room (room #2)...
