Staying in La Terrazza del Subasio was excellent. I could see the beautiful scenery of Mt. Subasio everyday. The host, Mr. Massimo, is very kind and serves delicious breakfast like cakes, breads, yogurt, milks, coffee and others. In addition, guests can meet cute cats welcoming people. Hope stay there again.

Although we initially had a hard time finding this place it was worth the adventure. A bit further out of town then we realized the views were worth it and once we knew where we were we were good to go. Massimo was so helpful and even shared some home made wine with us. We had dinner at a little...

The place was really clean, you could see that it was recently restructured but it has kept the warmth of a house. The only thing missing was a spatula to mix when cooking but the kitchen had everything we needed. Breakfast was good, although the Italian breakfast it not my favourite we did devoured the Crostata made the night before!!...

We spent 2 nights here with our children. The view from outside is lovely but our room did not have a good view. The double room was small but the triple room for the children very spacious. A family of 4 could fit into that one room. Breakfast basic (not a big fan of Italian breakfast) and we did not...

We were driving across Umbria and spent 2 nights at this lovely B&B outside Assisi. The view from this mountaintop retreat was breathtaking. Massimo and the rest of his family were so gracious, and went totally out of their way to accommodate my special food needs (I am gluten-free and dairy-free). My husband found the regular breakfast delicious, with all...

This B&B is situated 3 km uphill from Assisi's northern gates, so it is best suited for guests with a car. However, I arrived there by train and simply arranged for pick-up and later drop-off with the hosts before coming. B&B itself is located within the boundaries of Subasio state park, so there are plenty of scenic views of Umbrian...

Warm welcome, good, more than enough breakfast with home made local items. The apartment was big enough for 2 persons and the view was more than fantastic! Assisi is just a few kilometers away so you can visit it before the crowd arrives. If you like nature, rest and making trips to beautiful places go here!

Nothing to add about Assisi’s and Umbrias’s beauties, so let’s go straight to the facility. Ubicated in a natural context, ideal for children as for couples. Kind and nice personnel, up-to date rooms with tipical flavour. Good home-made breakfast. To come back in spring – summer.

For us this was the third time we returned to this little paradise, close to Assisi. The family Rosati treats us almost like family! Their B&B is located on a marvelous spot, with breathtaking view over the hills near Monte Subasio. The buildings are a couple of hundreds of years old, when I'm correct. They are nicely furnitured, the beds...

A very nice bed and breakfast, very close to Assisi on the Mount Subasio. Room and bathroom was very clean and nice. In the night, our young american neiborghs were a bit noisy, so we did not sleep very well... Nice continental breakfast with homemade cakes. A very beautiful balcony in the garden offers a great view on the valley....
