Great location in beautiful Gubbio, right in the centre, in a quite alley (almost no car traffic), lovely rooms with en-suite bathrooms. Peaceful garden and breakfast room. Service discreet and spot on. Thank you so much! Jo&Kip

Stayed for 3 nights as part of a week in Umbria . This residence is like Gubbio itself - classy , charming , stylish and luxurious without being ostentatious . Price was incredibly low - 50 euros per night . Double bed , bathroom with sizeable shower , plus an adjoining " siting room " . Oak beamed ceilings ,...

We were very happy with our choice of hotel. It was just over €50 online - and turned out to be excellent value for real. We had a huge room with an additional bedroom and a gigantic bath. The heavy furniture - apart from a loose bed head - lent our room a suitable weight and gravitas that goes with...

Stayed here for 4 days visitibg my Italian family. At about €50/night we were pleasantly surprised. A traditional set up but with facilities such as a television, hair dryer and even a kettle and tea tray, we couldn't grumble! We could have done with some thicker more bouncy pillows but we coped (we did get more but didn't ask for...

Toward the end of our week long Italy Road trip. This was a pleasant surprise and gubbio itself it just fantastic. This b and b just couldn't be faulted for the money. The room was situated in a building next to the reception in a lovely narrow Street. If your in a car there is a free car park just...

Having booked online for just 56 euro for 2 we were expecting something unexceptional but hopefully clean and comfy. We were delighted with our room - in the main building which is a converted wool-processing building. It was spacious and elegant (and it even had a kettle, which is pretty rare in Italy and always welcome ;). The bathroom had...

We loved everything about this place. The friendly owner was generous with his hospitality and advice. Our room was simple but nice, comfortable and clean and the hotel breakfast was very good. The location is excellent and the town of Gubbio is a real gem. I highly recommend this place.

We had just two nights in this fascinating mediaeval city, both of which we spent at Residenza Le Logge. We stayed in no. 7, which had a small sitting-room off the bedroom, & included tea-making facilities - the first time in four weeks in Italy, & much appreciated. The rooms are clean & very comfortable, the resident dog "Mia" is...

All the reviews are true! This place is centrally located but is close to free offsite parking 200 mtrs away. Francesco was very helpful, friendly and hospitable. I was reading one afternoon in the garden and he came out to ask if I wanted anything. Then he promptly came back with a latte and cookies. It's the little things that...

Located in the heart of the old town, this wonderful little pearl is not to be missed! The rooms are very clean, the backyard where breakfast is served during the summer a little piece of paradise, and the staff is just great, friendly, lovely! Huge plus for animal lovers: Mia, the labrador retriever! This adorable girl loves cuddling and she's...

Official Description (provided by the hotel)
Immersed in the wonderful old town of Gubbio, we want to take care of Te Guest naturally, gently, with a smile. It's nice to feel pampered and we are here for that reason. Experience in the heart of Gubbio: is this what we want to offer our guests. A house to welcome located in a street of the most picturesque and quiet of the Old Town, where the pleasure of memories of the past mixes with the refined furnishings and the friendliness of those who live it. The six rooms of the Residenza are characterized by elements and furnishings that tell the story of the family that once lived there. A family of wool merchants who in Gubbio devoted themselves with passion to the art of wool and participated in the growth of this manufacturing so rich in history. ... more   less
