Our family only had one night in Perugia. The Hotel Astor is very convenient to the train station (across the street - use the pedestrian tunnel) and the personnel are friendly. The rooms are only adequate, although the beds are comfortable. The bathroom was large, but there was no shower curtain on the tub and no drain plug. You had...

Our family really appreciated how convenient this hotel is to the Perugia train station. We literally were checking into the hotel within about 5 minutes after getting off the train. There are several restaurants nearby, and the Mini Metro light rail to the city center is a quick walk from the hotel as well. We also liked "Molly", a well...

We stayed 4 nights here. Noisy area around as rail station across the road, but very manageable with windows in room closed. Big bedroom with tidy bathroom. Air conditioned. Very good location for a day trip to Assisi...20mins on train. We also had a day trip to Orvieto which was very worth while. A newish development we had not seen...

This hotel was cheap compared to others in Perugia but the service was great and the room was clean and spacious. Also free wifi in room. Even though it is in front of the train station no noise could be heard from the room. Henry and Ory

We stayed there for 3 nights in July 2012 in group of three people. It's two star hotel located just in the front of train station. Bus station and unique perugian minimeto station are also very close (for both you can buy the same tickets). There is a free wi-fi and air-condition. Rooms are big and they put small fridge...

My experience says "Cruiserman", "Sweetwater" and "Cathy J" have got it right. The Astor Hotel is convenient, clean, comfortable, friendly, with good bathroom facilities and pleasant breakfast with great coffee, but I would imagine it could get noisy. It takes 2 minutes to walk to the Astor Hotel after getting off the train at Perugia’s main station. Perugia has several...

We stayed 3 nights at the hotel. I just wanted to say that it was a wonderful experience. Our grown kids and grandkids had never traveled internationally before this trip and the hotel and its staff made it a great experience for them, It is very centrally located by the bus and train station. Very easy to navigate to and...

The location is great and just next to the Perugia station. Easy to get the MiniMetro into the centre but it stops at 9 pm.Our  room was very spacious, clean and adequate which fulfilled our needs. Supply of bathing amenities is available. Breakfast is good. Staff is really nice and we've really liked Mrs. Rossi!
