Lovely small hotel in a great location. All staff we met were helpful and friendly (one member of staff even moved his own car so we could use his parking space!) We had a nice clean room with a comfortable bed and sky TV. Breakfast was 3 euros which I thought was good value. Would definitely recommend this hotel to...

We arrived in Perugia by train and caught a taxi to this hotel. Some fifteen euros but necessary as the uphill struggle with heavy cases would have proven too much. Our apartment was outside and down the lane. We had our own separate entrance to a clean, modern and spacious apartment with all amenities including wifi, full kitchen, daily cleaning...

Hotel Rosalba is a small hotel just outside the ancient walls of this hilly city . You can't drive and park in the historic center, but next to this hotel there is an entrance to a system of fantastic escalators that whisk you up into the center of the historical center in no time. By the hotel there is a...

Clean close to old city wall and ea say access via escalator with good size rooms this hotel has a lot going for it , breakfast is a must do as you will quickly meet all the other guests. Noise can be an issue if you are on the front of property.

This is monastic-styled comfort; the room looked as though Pope Francis was coming to visit. It is plain, humble, quiet, and comfortable - all we really need in a hotel The room was a decent size with a good bed and linens. The staff were kind and helpful. It is located right next to one of the great escalators you...

Small hotel, very well situated for getting into the city centre of Perugia. Communication prior to our stay was great, and check in was easy and very friendly. The room was warm, clean and very comfortable, with everything we needed including a kettle. The reception staff gave us great advice on where to eat and drink in Perugia, and even...

The location so close to the old town is the big advantage. It is a 2 star Hotel and that's it. A bit noisy, some kind of a breakfast, clean room, decent bed and if you arrive by car a parking spot next to the hotel. That's it, nothing to add!

We had an apartment on the ground floor, with an outside entrance to the street, a kitchen big enough to hold a small single bed at the far end, large bedroom with lots of cupboard and shelf space and a small but modern bathroom - plenty of hot water and pressure. Everything is white and looks spotless. The wi-fi connection...

Hotel Rosalba is a very cosy little hotel with the most amazing owners!!! They were very friendly and we had the most warm welcome! There was a free safe parking place just outside the hotel, and the escalators that leads to the historical centre were right next door. We had a triple room which was big enough with a beautiful...
