This was a great hotel - it was centrally located and the price was well below many of the other hotels in the area. We could walk to everything in the historical center with ease. The location is perfect. The staff at the front desk was friendly and offered several good suggestions as to where to dine and what to...

The villa is very charming, the staff wonderful, the room very clean and perfectly furnished. It even ha a parking, for 10 euros a day. The buffet breakfast maybe has everything, it costs 6 euros per person, you can chose the convenience of it or go to any wonderful pastry shop in Perugia. One small critic: the room we were...

Excellent location, 2 minutes from Piazza Partigiani (Bus Terminal), 2 minutes from escalators, 10-15 minutes from old city center (if you want to walk the steps), 1 minute from Meta (supermarket). The staff was very kind and friendly, after the first night, the lady changed our room from frontside to backyard (much noiseless and warmer). The breakfast is not so...

A lovely hotel with beautiful bedrooms and lovely view from the verandah in front of hotel. The location was good too. It was the highlight of our trip to Italy and look forward to visiting it again one day.

I stayed at Hotel Iris on 8/23/16 to 8/25/16. I must say that I have stayed at many hotels with 5 star ratings such as the Royal Hawaiian Hotel in Waikiki and many others. I found Hotel Iris to be charming, cute and overall really comfortable. I loved the bed and the room we had. The hotel staff was excellent,...

A stunning building in a very good location to access the old town via the escalator link. The staff were amazing and so very helpful, couldn't do enough for us. the outside area is a great place to have a drink after an evening out, and to eat breakfast.

First of all, hope that it is cool weather. There is no a/c but the in room fan is a dandy. The sheets are changed every day and the white linen is ironed and in crisp, clean shape, as are the plush towels, a rarity in this price range. Good strong hot water, excellent espresso, and an easy walk up the escalator...

Stayed 2 nights in this pretty little hotel. Older and quaint, looks like bathroom was added on later. Was clean, which is the most important thing - would have given it a 4-star rating but we were not impressed with their breakfast, which was expensive at 5 euro per person. Overboiled eggs with a clogged salt shaker, some pastries, and...

I stayed in iris hotel for 2 nights, visiting Perugia. I've had a very good experience. The hotel has a lot of character, being situated in a big mansion with a nice, huge balcony where you can sit and relax, looking at the view. The location is perfect. Right near the escalators. 2 minutes to the main attractions in the...
