This hotel's location is in the middle of the city centre. That made travelling very convenient. Nothing to shout about this hotel but it is basically clean and comfortable. Breakfast was pretty good too. There are load of Japanese customers staying at this property. Overall, I have no complaint over this property. You get what you pay for.

The location is great. Just a few steps from the train station. Reception was really friendly. The rooms although no frillsl, was clean, comfortable and contained all the necessary stuff. Breakfast was delicious too. I had 2 rooms, one facing the station, although a bit noisy but had a good view. The other room that was not facing the station...

In general I liked the hotel and the attention upon arrival. Entering the breakfast room, a 'good morning' seems not very common. No appropriate decoration - the ambiance reminds you of a hospital. Breakfast itself was complete and good. The lift was very slow to get up to the 6th floor. Sometimes I preferred to take the stairs down. The...

I was in Bern for business and booked this hotel close to the station. The room was comfortable. The front desk employees were very friendly and helpful. The rooms could use a paint job (ceiling paint was falling off) and the shower curtain was too small, so water went everywhere. The breakfast was fair, a bit too expensive for the...

While everything is more expensive in Switzerland I think this hotel is overpriced. First the practical matters. Request a room on the non-street side. The street side rooms are extremely noisy about 18 hours a day especially given the fact that if it is warm out you have to keep the windows open since there is no air conditioning in...

The hotel Is centrally located right across from the main train station in Bern. When you enter the hotel it is obvious that parts of it have been updated. The room we stayed in had not. The room was a good size but only had one chair. While we had a small balcony, it was in dire need of paint...

Hotel has the perfect location for visitors who plan to see around Bern city. It is very close to train station. There are several bus stops nearby. So it is a very convenient hotel. The room and its amenity are basic. But it has everything needed. I would recommend this hotel to stay in Bern.

Budget Hotel, if ever you can consider something Budget in Switzerland. Room very small, bathroom the same. Everthing Looks like turned down, Needs urgent renovation. Elevator did not work when we arrived, so had to bring up our baggage into the 4th floor by the stairways. We did not have breakfast, as we had an early Arrival. For 1 night...
