This is certainly a quality hotel. The check-in was top notch. The room was spacious and impressive. Many amenities were included and the service was nice. Breakfast was included for the next morning and it was good.

Hotel was just average, really nothing special, overpriced, but that is normal for Geneva. Room was small, housekeeping not very detailed, I haven't had a coffee pods after day one, fried was not working, etc. Location however was perfect, in front of the tram station, walking distance from the lake...

This Hotel is pure class, gorgeous inside and out and beautifully kept. An absolute gem. Breakfast was very nice and drinks too. Will definitely stay there again. We loved our stay. Only thing a bit disappointing was when we were checking in, the staff member was more concerned about a colleague's phone conversation than talking to us. There was no...

This hotel is 5 minutes walking distance to the main railway station, and the tram station is just at the entrance to the hotel. There are also supermarkets and cafes in the area, but - what i did not realize before - the Paquis area is not very pleasant in the evening and night. I personally would not come back...

I stayed in this hotel in April 2017. Clean but need a bit of repair. It's situated on a very busy road. It can be noisy, it might be a problem. The hotel bar at the lobby is the best place. Decent service. Check out & in could be quicker.

No hitting system for winter (have you ever heard something like that in a hotel in western Europe?!). Want to print your e-ticket for your flight? Go two floors up and find your way to the printer. Want to mix hot and cold water? Go ahead, we have one handle for each like in the middle ages... Thought it might...

We stayed here for two days at the end of August, Lake Geneva is no more than a 10minute walk and Geneva's main train station is 5 minutes away which was handy for us coming via train. The room was clean & tidy, we were lucky enough to get a free upgrade which i always nice. The room did however...

Arrived at 5pm to be advised that room was not ready and that I would have to wait - turned out the hotel was overbooked and wanted to downgrade my booking! Room was small as was the bathroom All in all very very expensive for such poor service.

Service started out very bad with lack of coordination with housekeeping where they had us wait til the "standard check-in time of 3PM". That came and went with no explication. Would have left my bags with them if their storage was somewhat safe, unfortunately it was wide open to anyone walking off the street could grab any bag. As far...
