Staff for NOT at all helpful, Room was extremely small & dirty. Wash-room was not properly clean. You can hear noise from outside. There were mosquito's in room & ceilings has cracks on them, toilets has bugs. The price is so expensive for such quality! Breakfast is limited very limited!. DO NOT stay if going with family..

The place is in the middle of the red light district. Girls and pimps all over the place, which can be amusing, but not if you are travelling with kids or want some tranquility. The room (308) was super tiny and the heating was not working well. When I asked to get it fixed, they pointed me to a portable... More

we stayed overnight, as part of a long journey by train; the hotel is easy to find, 4-5 minutes walk from the Cornavin Station; inside it is spotlessly clean; the welcome was warm and genuine; the room was large, with a king-size, very comfortable, bed; the bathroom was small, but had everything we needed, including a good shower; the lift... All the staff members were extremely helpful, without wasting your time. Hats off, and a big thank you! The hotel is located in the city center, and each guest received free all day bus+tram ticket during their stay. Everything is walking distance, tho. The rooms are clean and the breakfast was simple but delicious. My next time in Geneva I... More

If this hotel advertised itself as a two star i probably would have given it a "very good" rather than "poor" rating. Firstly the site i booked this hotel on did not specify its in the red light district. (I normally search every hotel i stay in on trip advisor but i was getting to the end of planning a... More

Room smells like sweat. Very small bathroom. Room small with poor ventilation. Bed uncomfortable. Tiniest lift. Close to main train station. Hotel under construction. Really expensive too. Thought paying for 3 star but feels like two star.

Very clean hotel. Wonderful staff. Could not fault in any way. Definitely value for money. Towels, soap and shampoo replenished daily. Great quirky art work on display. Had no problems with the area in which the hotel was situated. Breakfast was fine. Geneva is very expensive but beautiful. We bumped into John Travolta entering the four seasons hotel on the... The staff are brill and especially the young Swedish man (sorry I've forgot your name) who went out of his way to get a fan for the room... More

The pictures for Hotel Windsor look incredible, posh + comfortable. In reality, the hotel is low-budget and misleading. Pros: Incredible artwork which is enjoyable to look at if you like art Cool vibe Lovely staff Great location close to train + water + restaurants Spacious suite + ensuite with lots of storage Cons: Bed is a 4 inch thick spring... It was very close to the train station with walking distance of 10min and it was easy to find, just that you need to enter from the main entrance on the correct side of the building, The back door is for exit only, unless you are lucky with someone coming out, The staff was helpful in telling where I needed...
