Easily accessible by tram or bus. However room and especially bathroom were small which is probably typical in Geneva. Good thing they do provide city pass for travelers so if you do not have Swiss pass, it's ok. Breakfast is good standard of milk, coffee, tea, breads, fruits etc..

This hotel is in a great location for sightseeing, few minutes walk for train station. All the staff are very helpful, pleasant and friendly. We were in room 315 on 3rd floor which is had 2 twin beds with ample room to get around, shower room small but spotlessly clean and ample. we obtained a plug adapter from reception and...

This was actually my question when leaving the hotel with my parents. We did love it! Close to: bus and train station, city centre (both banks of the lake), Plainpalais; bus nr. 7 in front of the hotel; nice and helpful staff; very good breakfast (cheese, ham, toast, fruit, home-made jams, juice and more); nice rooms some with balcony, books...

Not far from the main rail station. Room on small size with outdated furniture. Two small single beds though double bed was ordered through booking.com. Room was too hot and the bed uncomfortable. Small bathroom in plastic module. Breakfast very basic and no hot food.

We stayed for two nights in late October. We found the hotel very reasonably priced for a city as expensive as Geneva. The room was clean and the staff helpful. I would have liked to have seen a little more at breakfast, as items were limited to bread, croissants and jams/cooked meats but that is my only gripe. For those...

I was a little surprised by the size of the room, but it was comfortable. The price doesn't match the room at all. A little pricey. The breakfast was great and the staff was outstanding. I would stay there again with a lower rate.

Stayed for a week for a meeting at WHO it was a lovely place to stay. The staff are very friendly and helpful, nice continental breakfast in the morning with lovely staff and tea in a pot. Rooms were impeccably clean and beautifully serviced each day. My only complaint would be that the bed was quite firm but I like...

I had one night here, it was perfectly comfortable. The shower is very small, and there is noise from outside so bring your earplugs and you won't have a problem. The breakfast was good and the staff are very busy but are still nice. The great thing is you can walk to the main attractions, 5 min walk to the...

We stayed here for 3 nights in September and wasn't expecting too much but couldn't believe the size of the room. We had 301 and I haven't stayed in such a small room since the 80s when in a B&B in Blackpool. The bathroom is a plastic pod with the shower so small you can easily hit the large knob...

A small but quaint hotel, with a great location. We arrived in Geneva and booked this hotel for our stay based on cost and convenience. We were very happy with our stay and the staff were both friendly and helpful. It's well situated, close to the station and within walking distance of the old town and marina. The cost of...
