My wife and I stayed here late September (half-board) and had a really great time. We wanted something simple and clean, and this was it: a nice double room with a mountain view. We did not have a private toilet, but that was fine with us: it's all part of the experience, and we came to Europe to do things... More

The air in Mürren is clean and crisp, and Hotel Regina is the epiphany of simple luxury - not at all lavish, but in every way stylish. What there IS NOT: Private toilets and showers, cleaning every day. What there IS: The best view you'll ever wake up to (promise!!), extremely service minded staff, a sense of living where the... Stayed here for 4 nights and regret every minute of it. Everything in the room was old. We had to move two of the twin beds together so my husband and I can sleep together. The beds would feel like they fall apart soon. The walls were paper thin. The hotel was "nice" to provide earplugs with the stay. The... More

We stayed here during a hiking trip. They rooms were nice, large and clean, with a wonderful view of the Jungfrau from the back deck. Working the front desk was Michele who was very helpful. The manager Benjamin provided us with some hiking tips and volunteered to call up to the Rotstockhutte to check on the snow conditions up high.... More

It´s a very good option if you know what your are purchasing. According to our perspective the Regina is not an hotel but an excellent hostel. The service is excellent and the panoramic view from the rooms are unique in the village. Most of the rooms have no private bathroom. This is an old design building (1895) but with good... More

Dear Gustavo Thank you very much for your honest rating. We are a simple but charming historic hotel with shared showers on the first and third floor and shared toilets on each floor. The WiFi is working only on public floor, but not in the rooms. When you were staying there was a large group of skiiers that had special... More

The place is Wonderfull and I was here a few times before (10 years back), but this time I was really sad to see the changes. It seems that they try to save money at the wrong place. It looks like luxury, but it is cheap! The food at the Hotel's restaurant is never enough and really not good. They... More

I booked a double room with private toilet. A room with a stunning view of the mountains! At one point, the cloud traveled into the balcony, it was so beautiful to see it closing up. It was raining when I arrived at Murren via Cable car (large ones with plenty of space for luggages if not too crowded) then transfer... More

It's not often i stay in a luxury hotel such as the Regina but what a hotel it was. The facilities are more than you could ask for. Hot showers, free wifi, free breakfast. It's the perfect place to use as a base for hiking or exploring around Murren. The staff are extremely friendly and willing to help with any... More

We stayed in a 4-people room. Our room has a balcony with a spectacular view. Shared toilet and shower rooms are clean and user-friendly. We played cards in the restaurant on the ground floor till late with drinks and snacks. The staff are super friendly. They offered special Marianna beer (must try) and home-made choco cakes. The breakfast buffet was... More

The Regina is a Hotel with great character and one of the oldest in Murren. It has lots of Victorian fixtures, wooden parquet flooring, and early 20th century furniture. It has recently changed management and all the staff are committed to making it a great success. The customer service is first class. The bedrooms are not en suite but do... More
