We spent two nights in this charming hotel and felt like we were visiting friends, along with their adorable cocker spaniel. A five minute walk uphill from the train station, but that just added to "the story" of our Swiss vacation. Spectacular view of the Jungfrau and chalets below road. Also loved hearing the tinkling of the cow and sheep...

My family had been going there for more thsn 30 years.... we finally went and loved it. Traditional, shuttered, classic, querky & with a wonderful personal touch from a family owned & run hotel. All the a hint of Itay as many of the staff were Italian. Totally over the top masive baths and lovely views of the mountains, village...

The hotel was very good. Our double room with bathroom was clean and spacious. The hotel is a 5 minute walk up hill from the train and town centre but there are multiple paths so check for the quickest. Free pick up and drop off (free phone at train station) is available so moving your bags is not a challenge....

Stayed here while on a Rick Steves' Tour. Loved this hotel as it was very quaint as well as a very friendly staff who spoke and understood English very well. My daughter and granddaughter had a balcony view which was very nice, and my husband and I had a view of the town of Wengen which was also very pretty....

Very nice quaint historic hotel. Grew to loved that there was no TV in the room. There was a TV room in the main lobby area which I really enjoyed with access to hundreds of channels. Like the fact that the hotel offered a gathering place nightly, TV room, Bar, Piano room, or just sit around the main lobby area....

We really enjoyed our stay in this historic hotel. We stayed in the building that wasn't attached to the hotel, I can't remember what they called it. The view from our room was spectacular. The paint on the ceiling of the bathroom was peeling, and really needs to be sanded and re painted. I didn't like all the oriental rugs...

The staff were very attentive and understood my need for gluten free food. They didn't make one mistake in the whole week on what I was served. I obviously sometimes had a different menu from the others in my party, but it wasn't made apparent to other guests. Yes, breakfast was always the same - cereals, scrambled egg and ham...

I stayed here for a seven day walking holiday with my wife in a room with balcony and views of the Jungfrau. In practice I think all the rooms have a decent view of some mountains. First the bad bits. This is a quaint hotel if a bit tired in terms of decoration and furniture. Breakfast was adequate but repetitive....

We had an excellent stay at the Falken which lived up to the reviews. The position of the hotel in the village is excellent. We.
