I just stayed for one night during a hiking trip in the hotel. I enjoyed the time there. The room I had was small but with all the comfort I expected. All hotel staff was very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was excellent.

This review relates to the restaurant only. We ate here on a Saturday night because everywhere else was full (be warned - Arosa is busy at the weekend). Most of the other clientele were half boarders, but the a la carte menu had some interesting Swiss specialities which we weren't offered anywhere else. The staff were also excellent and very...

We stayed here with friends for 4 nights and had a great time. It's really close to the main gondola and an easy walk from the train station. The breakfast was very generous with a good spread of cereal, bread, cheese, meat, bircher muesli and sxrambled/soft boiled egg and bacon and great coffee. The staff were helpful and spoke good...

I was fully prepared to dislike this little hotel for which we paid top dollar due to booking VERY late right before the Christmas period. There is really nothing remarkable about the installations and the room was reminiscent of the 70's but on the plus side, with a shared terrace and a great mountain view. After a very good night's...

The hotel is nice, but basic. The fitness room is open 24/7 sauna/steamvath only from 9:00 am. Stayed there for one night only and enjoyed a very good breakfast with a fantastic view over the mountains. Room was quite small, but of course reflects the price. Good ski-room with drying facilities etc.

We stayed in winter for a couple of days and we were overall satisfied with the hotel. The service was very good and the staff was very friendly. The ski locker in the basement was a bit uncomfortable to reach. There was also a constant unpleasant smell in the elevator. The room was spacious and confortable. No parking on site,...

this lady was so extremely nice for us! She speaks all languages, really thinks WITH you and tries to personally help you with everything. The wifi is great, the rooms are very clean, the bedding too. Iove the balcony that some rooms have and I also love the view from the rooms. I stayed here in the summer, dining outside...

We just had lunch in the Orelli Restaurant which belongs to the hotel. The sunny terrace offers an amazing view on the snowy mountains! We had green salads, and venison stew with Spätzle. The food was very tasty and the portions are generous. The service is ok but pretty slow and not overly attentive.
