This review is overdue for what was a really enjoyable five night stay in mid-March. Oliver & Edith made us welcome from the moment we arrived, as did the staff throughout the hotel. Our room, with a four poster bed and balcony, was very comfortable, and the bathroom, complete with in-shower-window-with-a-view, was exceptionally clean. We had booked half board, and...

Excellent property with great wellness, amazing breakfast and dinner options. Can recommend to anyone staying in Arosa! Parking at property is limited so you have to take the car to the nearby parking garage. However, the owners will transfer you to and from the garage so it's not really an issue and they don't move your car around all the...

From the very first minute you feel at home in Hotel Astoria. Astoria is a high-quality family hotel in authentic swizz style. The atmosphere is familiar and friendly, the bar and restaurant is cozy and the food is excellent.

Great location, great room with a great view; excellent food esp. in the evenings with five courses for a reasonable price (by Arosa standards); staff made us feel welcome and entirely comfortable; and also there was good humour. We couldn't recommend this hotel more highly!

I read the reviews before we booked and thought it cant be that good, everyone giving it 5 stars. Well it is that good for a three star plus hotel. It is in one of the best positions in the town, the food is as good as it gets. If you really do not want something from the menu the...

My 7 year old son and I shared the Nostalgia Type A room with a south-facing balcony. It was lovely, great views from the bathroom and balcony and warm, comfortable bed. The breakfast and dinner were imaginative, varied and delicious. The owners really make the effort to make each evening special. Oliver picked us up from the station and the...

This is a Swiss Hotel with heart. Not only are the rooms comfortable and impeccably kept, the family spirit caters to young and old, family and singles alike. The evening I was there - they had live acoustic guitar music and the hotelier even joined in on his guitar. The dining room is spacious and the bar with its fireplace...

We stayed at the Astoria for 5 nights during a mid winter vacation. Ollie and Edith were dream hosts! From the moment we contacted them their helpful and eager to please manner showed through. Email and phone communication was easy, they picked us up from the train station at midnight when we arrived, and went out of their way to...

We had a wonderful stay for two nights over Christmas including Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. From the moment we booked, the communication via email was excellent and on the day we arrived we were greeted and welcomed at the entrance by Oliver and taken to our room and then shown around the hotel and its facilities. There is personal...
