What we couldn't fault - hard working, friendly staff, great choice of meals (including oysters and lobster) - excellent, free-flowing drinks and food. Rooms are clean, with comfortable beds, wooden floors and though a little on the basic side, absolutely fine for skiing. Our rooms only had showers not baths but that suited us just fine - though towels were...

I spent 5 days at the Club Med in St Moritz from Dec 18th until Dec 22. As noticed by many travelers the building is in need of renovation and certainly does not cope with any 4 stars hotel in Switzerland. At best a 3 stars. The room we had was small but functional and very clean. The building must...

I have been there twice and am looking forward for the next opportunity. The pros: ski instructors part of the game; ski club for kids with activities all day long and the staff is top! I have been to another ski Club Med that had no doctors when needed, but this one has. The not so top: it is not...

We had a fabulous week here at Xmass. The facilities and all inclusive skiing lessons were great value. (We met some people who didn't have this in their 'package' and it was really expensive to pay on arrival)The all inclusive drinks was also a real bonus. We had no trouble catching the train up from Zurich which was much cheaper...

I love this hotel, it's a symbol of my childhood, here i've passed the best winter holidays of my life. It's big, good taste and stylish furniture. Very clean, the rooms beautiful and comfortable. The G.O are always nice and helpful. The atmosphere is "international". Fitness, swimming pool, mini club, shows, ect: excellent! The restaurants offer international, delicious and various...

This is a great hotel and he staff where very nice. This is the 2nd skiing/snowboarding trip from club med that I have been. I met some friends there and I am truly surprised by how affable the staff were. The rooms had a lovely bed, and it was kept at a good temperature. The rooms had a great view...

We have been to this club med several times before but this time I found it particularly poor. There was a very long wait for check in. The rooms were ok. The shower cubicles had moulds on the ceiling. The G.O.s were with very low level of enthusiasm, probably because it was the last week of the season! The food...

Rooms are clean and acceptable size with plenty of storage. We had a room on the top floor and did not experience any noise issues. Check in was relatively quick bearing in mind all the info we needed to be told. On our first evening there was not any room in the main restaurant so we were shown to the...
