My family really enjoyed staying at this hotel. We stayed in a Family Loft Room and it was perfect for a family of 4. It was our first time in Zermatt and we could not have been happier with the location of this hotel. Everything was so close and sitting out front provided great entertainment and people watching. It is...

A very good hotel of nice standard. Great location, near the station. We liked the breakfast and the staff were very welcoming and friendly. We had no problems changing the reservation. Thank you for your flexibility! Great, free Wifi reception. A "drawback" was the bathroom had no window and there is only a multipurpose body soap / shampoo available. Overall...

The location is excellent, only three minutes walk from the railway station and, more importantly, the cog trains that take you up to the Gornegrat, which is probably the best point from which to start a skiing day, with direct and fun connecting runs to the two other ski areas (Sunnega and Matterhorn). Our room (#305) was very nice: large,...

We had a wonderful stay at the newly remodeled Walliserhof for 3 nights in February. The location could not have been more perfect, right on the main street just 200 meters from the railway station. Our room (#41) was large and modern with small balcony and an amazing view of the Matterhorn. Breakfast was included in the room rate and...

Our party of eleven people stayed at this hotel for 8 nights. The bedrooms are very spacious and comfortable, the restaurant food is very good and the staff were all very helpful and very friendly. I would definitely recommend. The central location of the hotel makes it an ideal venue

We really enjoyed this hotel. We arrived at train station and were able to walk the short distance to hotel with our luggage and skis. You can get luggage cart at station and take to hotel. If you want to take it back you will get a refund of what you paid for it. Receptionist was very helpful during our...

We really had an excellent stay at Walliserhof. The hotel is perfectly located in the heart of the village. The atmosphere of the hotel is very personal and the staff very help some. They pick you up at the railway station and leave you then it's time to go back. The rooms are very cosy, clean and newly renovated. There's...

My wife and I stayed here for 3 nights as part of our honeymoon trip and we couldn't have loved this hotel more. The location was right in the center of town and very accessible to many stores, shops, etc., in town. The accommodations are newly renovated and well-sized and very quiet/comfortable with a gorgeous view (we could see the...

The hotel is located centrally and is very convenient in terms of connectivity to restaurants, shops and the train station. The girl at reception when we arrived was not much help and it seemed like maybe she is not from here. All our basic questions were met with a I'm not too sure. The room was cozy and quite comfortable....
