I had the pleasure of staying at the ParkHotel's annex "Residency" from 2-Oct till 8-Oct'22. Very comfortable stay, well-appointed room, lovely breakfast ! I traveled for business. The hotel staff were very welcoming and courteous ! The check-in and check-out process was a "breeze" as was also the welcome and attention everyday at breakfast. The breakfast was sumptuous and tasty. I am a non-vegetarian and absolutely love the European non-vegetarian breakfast, my expectations were more than met ! In my next visit to Zug, I will prefer this hotel.

Quite enjoyed 2 nights here. Stayed for 2 nights for a work trip. Beds were super comfy, rooms well spacious, everything you needed was here, water, decent hairdryer, slippers, mini bar, safe, wine glasses, face cloths, toiletries (all the smal bits). Front desk was helpful and gave myself and my work colleagues adapters as our European plugs wouldn't work here (irish/UK plug). The smokers lounge is nice, almost like a speakeasy bar as it looks like another hotel room door, inside it's a lovely cigar room, tastefully decorated. The food here was nice too- costly compared to at home (Ireland) but we understand that is Zug. Breakfast in the restaurant was OK, not amazing but I got nice smoked salmon and eggs and a fruit bowl. All staff were lovely. I didnt see the gym but I believe it was small enough, we didn't make the pool unfortunately. The location if the hotel is great as everything in Zug seems closeby enough to walk to. It's about 30 mins taxi rode from the airport. Would stay again and recommend. The rooms and people have a good level, which for Zug is ok with the price. Over the last 2 years, they have developed in a good direction. Very good: everything ist clean and there ist nothing in malfunction.

All expectations where achieved, room size, service, attention at arrival and check out. Breakfast with an excellent choice varieties of bread, juices, fruits and warm dishes. The only but is square think modern but with to much corned no slop al all, gives you the impression cleanliness..

I went there 3 times for different occasions and I have to say it is just average. Don't think it really is a 4 star hotel as they claim. The restaurant and reception staff is mostly ok but I won't visit there again because of the manager - very short tempered man with little tolerance.

Returned to our favourite Hotel in Zug after over 2 years due to Covid. Lovely to be back, same room which is very comfortable. Breakfasts still excellent. The staff, some of whom we knew from past visits, were so polite and friendly. Efficient service and very comfortable.

Modern rooms, clean, all the amenities you need, space enough. Breakfast is buffet style and has enough variety. Short walk to the old town and only 3 min walk from the railway station. Still quiet rooms and no road noise. Nothing to fault really. Exactly what you expect from a hotel in this class.

Reception staff spoke English and German. Room was nice and clean. The hotel had a nice luxurious feel to it and all you need. Coffee and tea in the room. Minibar. Breakfast was very good with nice bread and some fresh items. It was a comfortable stay and would recommend this business type hotel.
