Very nice and friendly hotel 100m from the train station on a pedestrian alley with bars and coffee shops. The hotel provide a very homey environment The hotel resides in 3 floors of a 5 floors building. I was staying on the 1st floor facing the street and it was quiet. Room was nice, without a tv but with a...

Zurich is winter, especially before the snow begins to fall, can be a rather gloomy place - unless you are a banker, tax avoider or oligarch. For the rest of us Zurich is expensive with a narrow choice of good affordable accommodation. Having done my homework I settled on the Townhouse Hotel. It ticked all the boxes and I was...

We spent two nights at the Townhouse Boutique Hotel, perfectly located just one block away from the Zurich Bahnhof (station) and a few steps away from the main Bahnhofstrasse. We had excellent access to all the central Zurich city attractions, including some good restaurants and their great shops, which had their January sales in progress! The hotel has very attractive...

I needed an inexpensive hotel to stay for the night before getting some shopping done and heading to Lucerne and this was perfect. It's a block from the train station, literally steps from the Bahnhofstrasse and all its stores, you can't really get any better. Check in was very easy and my room was pretty colorful and well appointed. Clean...

This hotel is a 2 minute walk from the main station, and very close to the charming shopping streets of Zurich. We were upgraded to a large room on arrival, and while we only stayed one night so contact was minimal, staff were very helpful, friendly and efficient. The hotel has an honesty bar in the very sweet 'living room'...

Pros: The location is great. Near the train station and main thoroughfare. The rooms are clean enough. For the price, it was a good value, but I think if you can afford another 50 bucks, you should upgrade to a different hotel. Cons: The halls echo and when lovely drunk people come in, everybody can hear it. The cleaning person...

We stayed at this hotel for a week. Our room was large, especially by European standards, and the bathroom was a reasonable size. Reception staff were friendly and helpful. The room was very quiet with no outside noise. The two comfortable armchairs in the room were an added benefit. The lighting was good. It was good having a kettle in...

Top location. Small rooms, small beds and in bathroom, one is a crowd. Help yourself in practically everything, including carrying your luggage on the 5th floor for registration. If you get an attic room, mind your head !!

Dear guest, first of all we would like to thank you for staying with us recently. We regret that you felt too crowded in your room. Maybe you could have changed into a larger room category? Please note that we offer 4 different room categories from 15m2 up to 35m2. The boutique Hotel Townhouse currently has 3 stars, therefore, there...

We stayed here just a few weeks ago. It's an easy walk from the train station (about 2 blocks) and very central to a lively downtown as well as to the old parts of the City. The room was great, well appointed and furnished, and the people were very helpful. Highly recommend it. WiFi included. While the outside of the...
