Spacious room - easy to access suitcases and room to unpack and still move around. Very soft comfy beds and bedding. Large bathroom. Room was lovely and warm with below zero temps outside. Lovely welcome drink in the cosy bar. Such a convenient location to the railway station, 3 minute walk. Staff were always pleasant. Zurich was so accessible from this position.

Choose this hotel for a couple of nights based on reviews. We wanted to be able to easily walk to the train station which is only a couple of hundred metres away. Located 50 metres off the main shopping street so super convenient. Attached cafe wine bar that spreads into the hotel. Very busy Friday night. Also some live music on nearby on Friday nights , not too loud until midnight, they did leave ear plugs in the room, but honestly just background noise. Comfortable beds , warm room. Lift makes life easier in what is an older building. Bath is quite high to get in and out of if you have any mobility issues. Could do with a grab rail to help. Certainly would stay again, good value for money.

Clean, comfortable, and conveniently located, with excellent amenities and friendly staff. The complimentary drink offered when guests arrive was a nice touch. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this property.

Great Hotel right near the main station HB. Very friendly staff, good breakfast nice room and good amenities. Highly recommended for anyone staying Zürich. Lots of cafes restaurants and shopping just around the corner

This is a second time we visit Switzerland. Hotel was easy access from Zurich HB station. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Easy to check in & out. Quiet. Breakfast was good. The staff was extremely courteous and friendly. Would defiantly recommend this property. Thanks.

The hotel staff is very helpful and accommodating. They go out of their way to answer any questions about Zurich and restaurants. When you first arrive the lobby is very small but inviting; the restaurant for breakfast or a drink is in back of the lobby and much bigger and nicer than you first realize. Very nice restaurant and breakfast. Rooms are clean and each is unique with sort of a NYC soho feel. You are in a great location in a central area close to the train station, shops, old city, and restaurants. If your windows are open it can be a bit noisy but great little hotel.

A real home away from home, and my favourite place to stay in the whole of Switzerland. The location and bar/restaurant facilities are excellent, and the hotel is tremendous value for money in what can be an expensive city, but the thing that really sets this place apart is the wonderful staff, who are so welcoming and always provide an exemplary standard of service. Our flight was delayed, so we arrived at the hotel after hours (after midnight). We were left clear instructions of where to find the key and had no issues accessing our room after a very tiring, stressful day's travel. Our room was clean and comfortable. The following day, we were offered our welcome drink at breakfast time. The staff were very friendly, welcoming and helpful. We picked the hotel due to its proximity to the station and it was literally right around the corner which was fantastic. An improvement could be that for the price, breakfast could be included.

The staff is wonderful, the location convenient to everything. Rooms are very small, ours was on the 6th floor and elevator only goes to the 5th. I wouldn't have paid extra for breakfast if I has known it was so meager. The hotel partners with Pallette Restaurant and their menu is very limited. But other restaurants are close.
