The services in the hotel are really bad … the room lacked basic amenities like toiletries and room slippers. Coming to the room, we had a standard room and to my surprise the room was having spiders and spider webs …. The housekeeping staff was not vigilant. I could not sleep as had to be vigilant, I had a 3 yr old daughter who was with us. The bathroom tiles were also broken. Not worth the price we stayed for …. WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO ANYBODY.

A great place to stay in Zurich. Close to railway which is most convenient to central Zurich. Clean.. A wonderful breakfast with a good variety of hot and cold items! Apples in the lobby are appreciated. Staff are very courteous and attentive, especially with modern IT checkin cards.

The room was a shock experience, small, used up furnitures, a smelly cabinet and a bathroom in need of renovation. TV is a joke. The reality is not even close to the cozy pictures featured online. I cut short my booking there and moved to another hotel, couldn’t stand it.

This hotel really let myself and travelling companion down. We had requested two single beds, however, on arrival late in the evening, we discovered only a small double bed. Completely unacceptable as we are two heterosexual males. Having spoken to the receptionist, to be fair to her tried to rectify the situation but she said our room was the last one left for that evening. We believe as we arrived late ‘our room’ was likely given to someone else. The receptionist found a mattress in storage and that was what my travelling companion had to sleep on. The room was already small, no aircon and had to make use of a fan to cool the room. Staff polite Breakfast was ok Location, close to Zurich HB train station To sum up - look elsewhere unless it’s your only option

Let's start on the room... It needs a deep clean! Bathroom needs a good scrub... old urine around the toilet, hand prints everywhere. Dust everywhere which left me with a bad sore throat and blocked nose! Light switches didn't work and no main light in room. Hot and stuffy!! Loud construction site across the road. Hotel in general is loud. WiFi stopped working. Pros: not far from train station. Good stop over hotel. TV has great channels. Breakfast included. Especially with the price you expect a bit more effort to be put into maintaining and cleaning of rooms.

Stayed there for just one night and had booked 2 rooms. Pros- Very near to the Zurich HB and National museum, hardly 5-10 min walk Centrally located and good connectivity Good breakfast Very polite and hospitable staff Cons- Room AC wasn't working well, in one of the rooms we just had Dyson hot and cold fan which was not enough as it was really hot. There is no tracking of the luggage storage. Anyone can come and take your luggage as there is no coupons/identification.Could work on that Otherwise a good stay for a day or 2

Hotels in Zurich are not cheap so we were pleased to find this three star close to the main station and city centre for a relatively modest rate. It is located a short walk from the station, perfect if arriving or departing by train (or for an easy transfer to the airport). We had a small superior room for our two nights stay. The room was comfortable with decent storage space, a kettle, a bathroom with bath/shower. It was all that we needed as we were not spending a great deal of time in the room. For those coming from the UK, the TV had BBC, ITV, Channel 4, etc. The rate included a breakfast and this exceeded our expectations including hot dishes, cereals, yogurt, fresh fruit, pastries, juice, coffee and tea on request. Before we arrived there was quite a lot of communication about the online check-in but in the end we checked-in at the hotel. This is an unpretentious hotel. We could easily have paid three or four times as much for a luxury hotel and it needs to be considered on that basis. …

It looked nothing like the pictures on the website. The room was tiny, it was unbelievably hot, and the view was a construction site. No refrigerator, although you could see the hole in the cupboard where it had been. Could barely move in the bathroom. We had to ask for cups, there were none provided, although there was a kettle. We could also hear everything the people in the next room were doing and saying. However, for one night (we would not have stayed two) it was convenient to the station and had a good breakfast, and a late checkout of 12 noon was unusual. The room was clean. Other than that, would not stay here again.

The hotel is in a good location. The lobby is nice and warm. Breakfast is ok. The room is very basic. The double bed is small and the mattress was awful, very soft and uncomfortable. We hardly slept 4 hours during the night! The bed sheets had blood stains. Most probably they did not change the sheets from the previous guests as we were only staying for one night. This is unacceptable and disgusting!
