We had a number of meals at the Mecure Stoller as it was just down the street from our hotel. The dinner menu is very good including a varied selection of ice cream desserts. The servers are pleasant and efficient. Zurich is expensive but this restaurant offers excellent meals at a fair price.

We stayed here for 3 nights during summer and very happy with our stay. I booked in advance as part of an Accor special and the rate also included breakfast. However, from comparison with other hotels advertised the pricing is generally very good especially for an expensive city like Zurich. Location-wise, the Stoller is about a 10 minute tram ride...

We spent a couple of nights in the Mercure Stoller. Our room 601 was on the ground floor fronting the street. Fortunately not too much noise, but in another place the location of this room could be a problem. Room was a reasonable size, clean, with a bar fridge and a cartridge type coffee maker which was a plus. Easy...

Hotel rooms are smaller than expected. Housekeeping is good. Quite good location As this is our first trip, we are happy with our stay. We would recommend to visitors. Not much shopping around the area but many tram stops to City or shopping areas.

I have been a regular guest at The Mercure Stoller Hotel and always find the staff are most helpful, very friendly and ready to help with any queries. The hotel is very central and only a short tram journey (#3) from the main station. The rooms and the entire is maintained in excellent condition throughout and the rooms are spotless....

I imagine 4* hotel much better equipped than this one. Tiny room with tiny bathroom. Breakfast quite poor. However, location is ok (15 mins to the lake), quite and staff is friendly. I didn't try their restaurant (except breakfast).

Stayed here for 2 nights. In 12 minutes using tram-3 from main station you can reach here. Just outside tram station so hardly any walk. Modern hotel with all amenities. Room has coffee, tea machine (Complementory) with all toiletries. Small balcony opened towards street (Room-102). Washroom has only glass sliding door (disadvantage) as if lights switched on, bit of transparent....

We paid about £95 per night for a twin room which is cheap for Zurich. Check-in was swift and efficient to the point of brusqueness, A warmer welcome and some smiles would have been nice. Room was a good size but was on the 5th floor, so partly built into the eaves of the roof. The bathroom had a shower...

This is the second Mercure we've stayed at recently that has frosted glass doors on the bathroom- what was the designer thinking? Reasonable room, tv monitor in the vanity mirror was an interesting touch, free soft drinks and water in the mini bar was nice. About 15 minutes form the main train station by tram and there are a couple...
