Service provided has very good especially the front desk. Good location and walking distance to everywhere from the place. No regrets staying there so far. We have been staying there for almost 3 years now.. every single time when we are in Zurich.
My home away from home in Zurich. Am here every month, and the location, the friendly staff, the quality of the hotel and apartments is superb. Being a regular at this place, what’s best is proximity to the city centre and office, yet not on a crowded nor high traffic area. Amenities and house keeping very very good. Well done to the EMA Hotel team!
We are so glad to recommend EMA House Apartments to all tourists, decided to spend a vacation in Zurich! The staff does his best to provide highest quality service! We arrived to Zurich at 10 AM, In spite of the fact' that check in start at 3:00 PM, we had no wait so long time. Desk service represent Elena Anastasiou informed us that they found an opportunity to do an early check in. The apartment is located in the center of the city. We almost didn't use a public transport to rich any place we wanted. In spite of -7C . it was was very warm in our flat. An equipment in the kitchen was even more varied. that in my kitchen. I could write more, but I guess, it's enough. It worth every penny!
EMA house is a well situated and reliable place for business and holiday in the middle of Zurich. I have stayed a few times now and I very much enjoy their attention to detail, the quality of their rooms and location. I highly recommend them.
A lovely place, lovely decor and lovely staff however, I am giving this three stars because I think the marketing and advertising for this is incredibly misleading. It positions itself as a self serviced apartment OR hotel and you can choose to stay in one or the other. We opted for the hotel option given we had a one year old but there was so much which was not properly advertised for this option. You would think as a hotel you would get some typical amenities all of which were absent. There was no restaurant / bar where you could have breakfast or order any food. You can only have breakfast in your room and even that you have to book the night before from a limited menu. You don't get room service with the exception of some very basic services such as a renewed bottled of water & packet of crisps, which with a one year old was very problematic for middle of the night. And n house keeping - so even as a hotel branch it is still pretty much self service. And though our suite was lovely, there was no wardrobe to put our clothes in but instead a rail provided in the sitting room area. If we knew this is what we were getting it would've been fine, but nowhere are these details clearly laid out that the hotel arm of it is in fact not a hotel at all, it still pretty much like a self serving apartment. It is also situated pretty further out from town. We really regretted not just staying at the Marriott which was a two mins walk from EMA house. …
Overall, I was very satisfied. It wasn't that far from the station, and the hotel was so neat and clean that it was good. The staff were kind, too. However, it was cold even if the heating was turned on quickly.
A luxurious experience with top level amenities, modern décor and spacious living quarters. I would buy a flat like this. One of the best hotels I ever stayed in and I plan on booking again at this location the next time family visits us in Switzerland.
EMA House is exceptional in every respect. My spouse and I stayed in the Executive Residential Suite (Central Hotel Suites on Nordstrasse), and it surpassed our highest expectations in comfort, ease of checkin/checkout, communication with the hotel staff, atmosphere and amenities of the room, location, and even the interior design. I was surprised to learn that the suite was 1.5 bath, which was a nice bonus. The bed was firm and comfortable, and the kitchen was very well-equipped: four-burner induction stove; Nespresso machine; ultra-quiet dishwasher; and a washer/dryer combo unit, which works fine for small loads. They get all the little things right at EMA, for example providing a self-serve shoe buffing machine in the lobby, and the Monocle Guide to Zürich that was on the kitchen table, which provided us with numerous wonderful suggestions to round out our visit. We’ll definitely be staying at this hotel again. Too bad they don’t own and operate boutique hotels like this all around the world!…
After having a few issues with recent accommodation, it was a pleasure to have someone met us at the accommodation on time and give us the rundown of the accommodation. The apartment is a very large simple apartment. There is a lounge room, dining room, kitchen that is adequate size, bathroom with bath and bedroom. After we arranged for the extra laundry detergent and power adapter everything ran smoothly. There is a small store downstairs that has some basic things like milk and also sandwiches, wine, etc. The apartment is 5 min walk from a small shopping strip and tram to the city and railway station. The apartment probably needs new carpet but otherwise was very clean. As with most accommodation in Europe there is a double/queen bed but with individual doonas. Based on my research apartment was value for money for Switzerland. Would I stay here again, Yes.…
We had 3 nights here, and we really enjoyed the apartment. It was really nice, comfortable and had all required stuff for cooking. Also apartment had washing machine which was really helpful during our trip. Neighbors are really nice 👍🙂👍
