This was my second stay at the Inntel Eindhoven; the first was in spring of 2015. They have renovated a bit since then, so it looked slightly different, but was still an excellent choice. The hotel is very close to the centre of the city; a five minute or so walk to the train station and five minutes or so to the main square. The staff is very pleasant and helpful. The rooms are great! Very big with a comfortable bed and (my favourite) a bathtub. We had a lovely view of the Philips Stadion from our window. We really enjoyed our stay and will probably be back for a third time soon!

we came to this hotel a second time, we will leave for a few days and return. It is a good value for money. The breakfast is very varied and of good quality. It is a modern hotel, with generous rooms, located right in the city center. Therefore, you can come without a car, for which parking should be paid. Distance from the train station to the hotel, 6-7 min walk. Honestly, we will return to this hotel when we visit the city.

Hi, yesterday the 2nd of August, was our legal wedding in restaurant Lumen, Inntel Hotels Art Eindhoven. We actually got the municipality of Eindhoven to 'declare' this venue as a wedding location for one specific hour on the 2nd of August 2021. The staff, especially Fenna Nagel from the Meetings & Reservations Department of Inntel Hotels Art Eindhoven was extremely supportive, resourceful and diligent with the whole planning of this day. The restaurant chefs also accomodated two extra people on that day. The decorations and table settings were beautiful. Fenna did a great job! She also got one person wholly dedicated to wait on our table. She really managed the whole event very well. I truly wish, I could name every person here but I do not have their names. Fenna does. She can vouch for them on our behalf. I and my husband, are very happy. By the way, I stayed over in this hotel in 2019 for my interview as well. So I do know the room service and they are good.

My partner and I are staying for the period of three weeks in this hotel and I must say the customer service is amazing. The staff of this hotel are very professional .In the reception, they welcomed us very warmly and they asked us about our comfort continuously during our stay. We had to change our room and they were absolutely understanding and made sure that we get our most preferred room. If you are not satisfied with something, do not worry, just inform the staff and they will take care of it immediately. Also the staff of the restaurant make sure that you have everything that you need to make your stay more pleasant . The customer service manager is very approachable and he has a great understanding of customer service experience and the service recovery. We truly wish them all the best and we hope that their effort wont go unnoticeably.

My full hotel review after spending two nights in Eindhoven: A 4-star hotel that managed to underwhelm, surprise, baffle and insult me. I did not expect 5-star experience, I expected 4-star and unfortunately received a stay that is not even worth 2 stars. The hotel praises itself for its design and the fact that many rooms are unique. Right, that is one way to put it.... I booked a loft room for two nights despite the Covid19 problems that were affecting every hotel in the country. But it was a necessity, and this hotel is well located in the city center and has affordable parking possibilities. All over the country, hotels were allowed to open their restaurant, but only for hotel guests. More on that disaster later. Let us start with the room: A so-called Loft Room, and according to their website this was supposed to be 33 m2. Well, the room was measured by an optimist. 8 meters long and 3 meters wide makes 24 m2 including the bathroom. Maybe this was one of those features making the room unique? Ours was way too small. The clothing was supposed to be stored in open space, so they could handily collect as much dust as possible. Most cupboards in hotels have a door. I suppose this is considered design at Inntel? Another feature was the cabinet where you could find the minibar and safe. It actually had a door! Alas, the door could not even fully open, the bed stood in its way. Another piece of design I did not understand. Or perhaps it was supposed art? The bathroom contained an electricity socket that was about to fall of the wall. You could easily get your fingers behind it to see if the electricity worked. The result when a guest would get a shock would probably be considered performance art. Or was this complimentary hairdresser service? The shower screen had not seen a cleaner recently. The brown tarnish was probably considered design too, or perhaps it was another element that made our room unique. Not sure. How to control the room temperature? Yes, there was a control panel, but that was just a visual gadget and did not do anything. But one could open the window! In a 4-star hotel guests expect a more sophisticated way to influence the room temperature. Really. Breakfast. As the restaurant was closed due to Covid-19, ‘Room service’ would put a brown bag in front of your door in the morning and you could make yourself some coffee or tea using the coffee machine and kettle in the room. Cutlery was made of plastic and plates were non-existent. In a 4-star hotel. Not a youth-hostel. A 4-star hotel. I will let the pictures do the talking, the design feature was maybe inspired by prison food, although I think if inmates would get this served, riots seem inevitable. Since the hotel had decided (for whatever reason) to only open the restaurants on weekends, it was not possible for guests like me (staying during the week) to get a meal apart from a limited room service menu. Which was not an attractive option after experiencing Inntels interpretation of breakfast. So, the only other way to get some food was calling a delivery service. (4-star hotel, remember?) The worst was yet to come though. Upon arrival of our food, receptionist Esther told us we were not even allowed to take a table in the (empty) restaurant to eat our meal. While being hotel guests! We could 'enjoy' our food either outside in the open air or in our room (that had no decent facilities nor space for two people to have a meal). The only co-operation we received was some metal cutlery. So basically, we were forced to put the take-away on our beds, in our room, and eat it like that. In a 4-star hotel. An absolute disgrace. The experience in this 'design' hotel costed no less than 154 euro per night, including the unique Eindhoven Inntel breakfast experience. After being robbed for over 300 euro I have no intentions to go back. It is obvious that hotels must improvise due to Covid-19 legislation, but this was a complete and epic failure. The positive is that as things look now, I have no need nor intention to ever visit Eindhoven again in my lifetime (Deo volente) so chances that I will ever set foot in here are zero to none. But Inntel, and Esther in particular, surely understand how to ruin someone's stay.

The Loft room is an extraordinary space and due to the history of the building a unique place to stay in. It seems like the room type and the food choices were not a great match for you. There are regulations for every hotel due to COVID-19. This means in your case, that the breakfast was served in front of your room and only with the allowed cutlery. Also, we can not allow guests to bring brought food in the restaurant. When the restaurant is empty and closed, the staff won't be able to make sure every guest is safe and well. Ones again, sorry for the inconveniences. Please let us know your special preferences next time so we can offer a room change or different food options when available, rest assured your comments will be shared with the management team.
